Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bentonville

I want to give a very honest review here.. and honestly if I could rate this store zero stars, I would. Little caesers has good food, the price is right, but this is simply the worst pizza establishment I have ever been to. It's close to home and convenient to call on orders... but the last 4... literally 4 times I have ordered, they have sold my order to someone else or forgot to even make It, the place is full of kids (probably 16-20 year olds) and the service is a complete joke. I have worked in the service industry since I was 18... I am Now 30 and believe giving credit where it's due... and would love to do so.. but cannot. I am typing this review while waiting in my truck for my order that was sold to another customer, and the person in front of me had the same issue. I get mad and don't come back for awhile. Stopped in today to try again, and what do ya know.. same problems. Awful. Corporate needs to do something .. and not advise their managers to throw free crazy bread at their problems. Hate to be "that jerk customer".. but today I am. I even made a gmail account for the sole purpose of leaving this...

I really enjoy coming here every couple of weeks. I get a slightly specialized ICB and it's 9/10 pretty dang perfect. Sometimes I wish I'd asked for it fresh or made sure to look at it, but it's not a big enough complaint to say they arent worth my money. I have problems with the freshness of their crazy bread far more often, their pizzas also often have too much sauce but after having spoken to workers about this issue it seems like store standard to put that much. After having been inside during busy times, I really appreciate watching the manager and team leads run the store well. Jerry has the best customer service that I have ever experienced! He was very professional and quick to respond to my questions! This was my first time trying Little Caesars Pizza in years and Jerry gave me the full run down of all the delicious items that he recommends. Turns out the dessert that he recommended was delicious as well! Big shout out to Jerry for all the help with the many questions that I had! Not once did he hesitate to respond!
