This is the definition of a ‘hidden gem’ — I enjoy espresso beverages and I’ve been getting my drinks at more expensive commercialized places such as 7Brew, Scooters, and Starbucks. Those places have their pros and cons, but I’ve been looking for a new place for a while simply because those places are too expensive and their drinks are far too sweet. Also, I find it a little ridiculous how an extra shot of espresso is one dollar. I was actually on my way to try a new coffee place while I just stumbled upon this one. I ordered a latte with an extra shot of espresso for just six dollars. That would’ve been 7.85 or something similar at these other coffee shops that bleed you dry. Also, I’m drinking this latte now and it taste extremely smooth. The ambience of this place is great as well. You can tell these guys take pride in making excellent coffee. Also, the other side of the building shows a little factory so it might be that they roast the beans here? I don’t know, but it’s a good look and adds to the aesthetic that they bring some rich coffee to the table for a cheap price.

I’m shocked that I didn’t hear about this place before and it took stumbling across it...

What a beautiful and fun little coffee house this turned out to be. I stumbled upon it completely by accident—it was either here or some gas station coffee, and I was in desperate need of caffeine. I’m glad I chose this place, because it gave me more than just a great cup of coffee. It gave me the perfect backdrop to enjoy it—a cozy, vibrant spot that felt like an emotional shot of espresso all on its own.

Too bad I’m not from the area, or I’d be here all the time. At least now I have one more thing to look forward to whenever work brings me to Bentonville.

I loved the idea of the little booth and the “upper booth” seating. The only drawback is that it doesn’t offer much conversation privacy—it can feel a bit intrusive whether you’re above or below. Still, it’s a unique and fun experience. My knees aren’t the greatest, but I couldn’t resist climbing up to try it. Some things you just have to do.

You may not be a hero to everyone, but you’re definitely a Bentonville...

I could not say enough great things about Heroes Coffee - the coffee and the people who work there are the best in Bentonville!

My boyfriend and I went out on a limb one day and tried a Heroes after an early run and a year later it is still our go to coffee spot. The coffee is amazing and probably the most reasonably priced in the downtown square area.

I have been to this location enough to have interacted with each person who works there, and they are all incredible and kind people. It is a pleasure every time visiting this location and really feels like a local coffee shop.

If you want to create an environment of community, make Heroes Coffee your go to place. A cold brew with Sugar free Vanilla, Lavendar and cream is my go-to!

Will continue to recommend to family...

Quaint corner spot with a local, modern feel. When I saw their roasting operation on site, my expectations heightened. Heroes did not dissapoint. My GoTo is a Cortado. They nailed it. Dark, acidic, flavorful and balanced. My daughter had an almond milk matcha--creamy, herbal, spot on. My G/F enjoyed a vanilla soy latte, light vanilla and was surprised by the ability to allow the coffee to take center stage while the vanilla gave a peek of sweetness. And the pastries? Are you kidding me? The barista was right about the scones. Light, soft, bursting with flavor. I wish I'd have tried every variety. The gluten-free lemon crinkle, delightful with its zesty, sweet, tartness. This soft, chewy, refreshing treat was a perfect sidecar to my coffee. Well done, Heroes.

Our group had a terrible experience with the takeout order today! We placed the order online hoping a printed order would avoid mess up from their end but i was so wrong. 1. Hot chocolate missed whip cream and they made it with a different milk from the one that’s chosen. 2. Added whip cream to blended virgin mudslide although we opted out. Despite the mess up, blended virgin mudslide turned out to be the only winner. Everything else was a disaster. Americano tasted just like hot water and we believe they missed adding espresso shots in them. Mocha tasted weird and latte was bad. Drip coffee seemed so diluted. Would never ever go back again!
