Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Bentonville

We entered this place expecting some good authentic Thai food, but all we got was some mid food and bad service. The food was sub-par at best. Even with spice level 5, all the food was sweet and did not satiate us at all. Even the Pad Thai was not so great. Then comes the service. We had to flag down our server multiple times just to get them to take our order. The food came relatively quick, but while we were eating, the lady brought out the bill on her own. We were surprised that we hadn't even asked for the bill yet. She just really wanted us to leave, I guess. And it's not like it was rush hour and we were hogging the table. Have been here a few times and so far I have been happy every time. Jodi and I get Tom Kha soup to share every time and while they have a consistency issue with how spicy they make it, medium has never been to spicy for her. This time the soup was extra creamy which reminded us of our favorite Thai place, King and I Thai back in Saint Paul. The main course dishes have all been good and again there has been a small consistency issue. Tonight we had the kings delight and the plumb sauce was incredible but the chicken was a bit dry. Went here for dinner yesterday (3/22). My friends and I were seated promptly. Initially, we were the only patrons in the restaurant. As we were perusing our menus, more patrons came in. The other patrons (who weren't people of color) were also seated promptly & given menus. Their drink orders were taken immediately. Meanwhile the waitress never returned to our table to see if we needed anything at all. The other patrons decided to leave when they realized their kids couldn't eat for free. The waitress returned to her post at the front of the restaurant, never acknowledging us. Needless to say, we left promptly and we will never patronize this...
