Buckle up, Bentonville—The Hub is the wild nexus where bike passion collides with epic eats. If you're one of those die-hard bicycle nerds, you already know that every Thursday transforms this place into a two-wheeled festival: you join a group ride, sweat out the miles, and then recharge with a DJ spinning tunes that turn post-ride fatigue into a street party vibe. The energy here is contagious, inviting you into an atmosphere where every pedal stroke and every beat makes the experience unforgettable.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The Bierra Tacos are a flavor fiesta—each bite bursts with a playful intensity that leaves your taste buds screaming for an encore. But the true hero of the menu has to be the gyro. And trust me, as someone who prides themselves on being a Mediterranean snob, I don’t throw that title around lightly. This gyro is no average wrap—it's a masterful blend of perfectly seasoned meat, crisp veggies, and a drizzle of tzatziki (or a similar magic sauce) that collectively redefine what it means to savor a gyro in Bentonville. Every mouthful challenges your expectations, proving that sometimes a simple gyro can be a transcendental experience.
In short, The Hub isn't just a restaurant—it's a rolling celebration of community, flavor, and good vibes. Whether you're fueling up for the next bike ride or winding down from one, this place serves up a cocktail of culture, camaraderie, and culinary brilliance that’s hard to beat. Happy riding and even...
Read moreCame here with a fairly good sized group looking for a menu that could hold up to the reviews. Disappointed:
Food: The "Barria tacos" were simply a quesadilla deep-fried, with some tangy chilli mole (A true birra taco uses the juice from the meat, add some cilantro and purple onion as the dipping sauce)...please stop this mockery of a BIRRA TACO!! 2nd dish: seafood tacos came with a raw corn tortilla and a side of chunky purple and mango to add as a salsa. It was so chunky you might as well just served me a raw purple onion and a mango whole. 3rd: they ran out of the side of rice that was supposed to accompany the fish tacos....RICE is the State Grain" of Arkansas!!
Drinks: ordered the "ranch water" and the decided to elevate it by adding Cointreau?? Ranch water is simply: tequila, lime and Topo Chico (rim choice optional). Orange is not added...any Texas ranch hand will tell you. The lemonade was a mixture of Topo Chico and Simply Lemonade.
Staff/Environment: the staff was great and they're not to hold the bag with the wana be Tex-Mex/Cali-Mex attempt 🙄.
Overall: If your looking for some elevated Taco Cabana/ Taco Bell this is the place. I can assure you any Hispanic ABUELA would not allow this to happen in there kitchen!! If you did you get the chancla to the head....Wolfgang Puck was...
Read moreOkay, in the spirit again of sharing the best secrets of NWA, I have to tell you about The HUB Bike Lounge in Bentonville. They are now open from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 10:00 - 8:00 Sundays. They have really awesome coffee and bites in the morning and in the afternoon and evening they have a killer lunch/dinner menu. Check out their social media, it shows you the deliciousness. Besides the food, the draw for me is the comfy seating options, friendly and delightful staff, and sleek ambience. It's totally chill and we go there once or twice a week with our 2 year old. The chef had always made it a point to take care of us and even added a grilled cheese and fruit side to the menu to help us feed the nugget. Here's a few pics of the scene from tonight. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do. Especially midweek when you just want a chill moment to unwind and have a coffee while your kiddos have a snack. Oh yeah, it's totally walking distance to 2 park playgrounds as well, Gilmore and Dave...
