Whataburger — Restaurant in Bentonville

Went through the drive-thru at 2:00 in the morning well they only car there be young kid that came to the speaker we gave him our order as we told him he repeated it then he asked us to repeat the order again please the second time we did the order a second time Whataburger Junior meal Patty melt Coke no ice Dr pepper and a medium fry not a hard meal. He asks us again to repeat it a third time and you can hear him laughing. Tells us pull up to the window . Hands us are drinks one is a large Dr pepper The other the coke was loaded with ice and no straws we're watching him fooling around with the other employees back there were waving tapped on the window totally ignored us blew the horn finally came we said the coke has ice it's supposed to be no ice. He tells us they're not allowed to take food back and closes the window comes back a few minutes later with another drink opens the window as soon as we took the drink out of his hand he closed the window and in the middle of us trying to say we need straws pounded on the window again he comes back and said can we please have two straws he gives us one and tries to close the window and I said I need another straw we have two drinks we cannot drink two drinks with one straw getting attitude gives us another straw closes the window. Then comes a few minutes later and gives us our bag of food The whole time we're watching him fake boxing with his fellow employees dancing around laughing and joking having a grand old time My opinion and this is my opinion he looked like he was In an altered state of mind but that is my opinion only. Gives us our bag of food we pull around to the parking spots on the other side facing the chicken place so we can eat take the food out of the bag and the orders wrong. Instead of just a patty melt it was a triple patty melt not the single patty melt. And it was large fries which were not hot and loaded with salt the Whataburger Jr meal, again french fries cold load it with salt hamburger was broken apart and was not even hot this was the first time I have been there they're open 24 hours I don't know how they are during the day but I personally would not recommend this place. They need to get appropriate help to work the overnight instead of having kids who do nothing but fool around and can't even take a simple order you have to give it to them three times and they still mess it up and it tasted like the food was pre-made and was just sitting there I do not recommend this...

Monte was so dry and seemed to be faking her interaction at the drive-thru window. She clearly seems uncomfortable dealing with customers. We decided to go here because it wasn't busy, and my husband lived in Texas for a while and liked this place. We waited for our food, so I thought it's gonna be fresh and hot. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and added bacon, and my husband purchased the southern bacon burger meal. We got our food and pulled off! I'm passing out the food, and we're on the interstate by now heading home to North Little Rock. I didn't have bacon on my spicy chicken sandwich, and it was room temp!!!!!! How hard is it to follow orders??!! The restaurant wasn't even busy, so we sat and waited for cold food and the wrong order?!! As my husband is eating, he realizes that his sandwich is wrong, but at this point, it's obviously too late to do anything. Why isn't there a bacon add-on sticker for sandwiches so simple minds don't get confused?!! Let's get to the fries. Are you guys trying to give out high blood pressure?!! Usually, we can just wipe the excess salt off of fries when they're over salted, but the grains are so small that it's impossible! It isn't just this location. This was me giving Whataburger a second shot. The first time this happened was in Texas. I thought well maybe it was just that particular location and time. I was so wrong!!!! Drive thru. Ordered breakfast combo. Food was hot. Type & number of condiments were correct. Food was hot not warm. Service time was reasonable. Staff was PROFESSIONAL, POLITE & MANNERS (Good morning, Welcome to Whataburger, May I take your order. Repeated my order SLOWLY, Is that correct? Would you like to add any condiments, how many (BIG POINTS), Thank you for your order. PLEASE pull up to the window. That will be $.$$ How would you like to pay? Would you like a receipt? Gave me drinks & said 1 medium coke easy ice. Before giving me my order he looked into the bag & stated what was in the bag includingthe number of condiments. Then asked if that was correct. Handed me the bag and said Enjoy your Whataburger meal. Have a nice day & Come back soon. Personally, I'd rather have my order hot & correct than fast rude service.
