They messed up my whole entire order and the assistant manager MASON said he was going to give me a refund since it was going to be over three hours late being delivered and said that the four pizzas and bottle of soda that I ordered should be there any minute. Come to find out he called the delivery driver and had him come back with the food! I was having food delivered to Lacey auto care because they went above and beyond fixing my vehicle and I placed the order at 9:53 in the morning to be delivered by 12 PM. So none of the employees ate lunch because they were waiting for the pizza and I called them back and said that the pizza should arrive any minute, which obviously didnāt happen because MASON after telling me the driver is TWO MINUTES AWAY CALLED THE DRIVER AND MADE HIM GO BACK TO DOMINOS!!! I had to wait HOURS for the store manager to come in, and of course Lacey auto center was already closed. They delivered the pizzas the following day, but the main mechanic that worked on my car and deserved lunch on me was off that day! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MASON AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! It wasnāt till I decided to order again ( my son is on a pizza kick lol) that it was switched out to carry out because dominoās couldnāt provide me with the service in my area. I had to call on the day of because I chose delivery not carry out, and they ended up delivering it anyway so I didnāt understand why it was an issue for online. I like to order online for the coupon deals and its more convenient since I dont carry cash all the time. The second time ordering I called by phone, sucked because I couldnāt use any coupon deals, and yet again was disappointed by the fact that they came to my apartment complex and left my food outside the front door. Mind you I live on the second floor. And they didnāt even have the decency to call me to let me know my food was left outside. Luckily my neighbor was home and they were the ones to let me know about my food. And to top it off, the bread pasta bowl I ordered, as I was cutting it in half I noticed a piece of hair in it!
