I don’t understand how this Church’s (or any Church’s) manages to stay open. I don’t go for long periods of time, and when I (not in my right mind) decide to give it another chance.......I find that nothing changes with any of its franchises. Just to sum up my recent experience. I order a 16 piece mix, only to be told it will be 20-25 minutes on my order. 20 minutes would have been good. Instead, it took thirty five almost forty minutes, because they young lady who took my order decided it would be better to make the 8 pc, and 16 pc, that was ordered after mines first. Even the other customers were upset that mines wasn’t made before theirs. (TO THE LADY WHO OFFERED HER 16 pc ORDER TO ME, I REALLY APPRECIATED THE GESTURE). The employees ......all young, are either indifferent to customers, or angry that you came in to order chicken. My most recent experience was almost laughable. Sometimes, you can go in the middle of the day, only to be told that they are out of specific parts of chicken, .....or, and this was the best one.....the delivery truck did not bring any breast. It is never clean, the dine in section needs a complete overhaul, and they need a new staffing philosophy. Customer service is important. Attitude and cleanliness is important. Read moreStopped at Church's on Friday after work to redeem a survey coupon and the line was kind of long. While I was waiting to redeem the coupon and also make a purchase, I over heard two of the workers carrying on a conversation and using profanity (the mf & s words) I noticed also one of the workers walking around on her cell phone while working. I had to do a double look because I couldn't believe my eyes. Well, that really doesn't surprise me anymore, but in front of customers is a bit much. Nowadays, you really don't know what to expect from people. They just don't value their jobs anymore. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I can understand that there were other people ahead of me, but some of them ate there. It seemed like two of the workers were the only ones concerned about getting the orders out as quickly as possible because one of the ladies that was helping with the orders kept calling out items that she needed to complete an order (keep up the good work ladies). While waiting, I noticed the dining area needed some attention to be cleaned. Overall, the chicken and pie was good and hot. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would. Ordered food through drive through, made it clear several times what we wanted. Received the food and drove less than a minute away to realize they messed up our order. We returned there, to the drive thru and tried explaining this to the employee who in turn, started arguing with my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend said “forget it.” The mgr came up to the window, started literally screaming at us about how she was called to the window for nothing and it escalated especially after I said “is this seriously happening? You’re screaming at us because our order was wrong and we came back to get it fixed?” We couldn’t believe this was happening (we’re not even from around here). She then threatened to kick my ass, and even started rushing out of the store to the parking lot along with her 2 employees to try and fight me in the parking lot. I am repulsed by the manager and her two employees. Horrible customer service skills, can’t get an order right after we had confirmed it 10 times, and threatening to kick my ass because they messed up our order? Wow.
