The cashier honestly ruined the experience for me. I’ve been to other Crumbl locations and loved it / had no problem, but she acted like my simple existence in the same place that she was working was an inconvenience.
She was finishing up some cookie dough and didn’t as much as acknowledge me when I walked in (which, at first, I was going to let it slide). When she finally looked up, with an annoyed expression, she asked, “Order..?” As if she was the one that had been waiting on me. I told her that I had an order for pickup. She grabbed the order, made the unnecessary effort to walk to the other side of the store, and put my order on the counter (forcing me to walk to the other side of the store instead of just setting down the order on the counter in front of me).
I never want to try to put someone out of a job, but this person definitely needs to be retrained. I expect that this location will not have many customers and will probably end up closing if she gets more shifts with...
Read moreI hate to be a Karen but this location's customer service is an absolute disgrace. My friend and I went around 11:30 am ish on 10/29, and since it looked like employees were still prepping, we politely asked if the store was open because we did not want to be inconsiderate. In response, an employee, KAYLAH, snapped, “The sign says open, right?” …a completely uncalled-for level of rudeness.
Then, when picking up our order, my friend double-checked his name to avoid any order mix up, only for KAYLAH to shoot back, “Well, your name is … isn’t it?” in the most passive-aggressive tone. I also work two customer service jobs and would never dream of treating customers like this. I also understand that customers are not always right, but there was no reason for such disrespect towards us, especially as...
Read moreWent all the way from downtown to pick up some cookies as a friend in Berlin had asked me. Apparently her daughters are all hyped up about it. The online ordering was very easy and well ORGANISED. When I got there I asked if the cookies could be wrapped up carefully as they were travelling all the way to Europe. I was handed to another employee working there to be told "no, we don't do that". So I was given a box of rather expensive cookies with a ribbon placed on top which flew off as soon as I opened the door.. No bag or nothing else but a box of overpriced cookies cooked on a sterile room. Not sure what the hype is about but for the price, maybe they could provide at least a bag or some tape to attach a...
