Ordered a really hard to find hydroflask over a week ago as a present for my wife. A week ago when I ordered there were still other stores that had them in stock. I never received the item, even though I bought and paid for it over a week ago so I email the company asking where it is and if they can use expedited shipping to make up for the shipping time lost. Now, 8 days later, and now that every other store is out of stock completely and eBay is the only place to find them for $100, I get an email from Fall Rush saying the order has been canceled. Ordered a license plate frame from this store online. It was defective. Called Fall Rush; they told me to use label included with order to return defective product to them for replacement.
