Staff are very rude people. I have had multiple experiences where I left unhappy with their service. Having bought food already earlier in the day I came back because I forgot a spoon. There was a long line so I went to the front to ask for a spoon and was rudely told I have to wait in line again for a spoon when it was right next to him and would barely take a second for him to give me one. Another time, they made my drink with oatmilk instead of regular milk and were trying to refuse to remake it because they didn't believe me even though it was clearly oatmilk (the matcha was separating from the milk). Once they finally agreed to remake it they tried charging me $1 for the oatmilk THAT I DID NOT ORDER! They have great matcha but I will unfortunately not be returning due to their TERRIBLE...

It's a cool place for students. As a new student here, I am still trying out all the options in the menu so I've decided to start with the lemonade-berry-acai. It tasted just like regular lemonade but looked cool. Prices was not cheap but not as expensive as Starbucks (5$ for the lemonade, same for a latte). In the few times I was there the inside was always packed and there was no place to sit. Outside was nice when the weather is nice, and usually there's at least one large student group that enjoys their food/bevs together so if you don't have noise canceling earphones you won't be able to study so much. Cashier told me I wouldn't be able to use my gift card (which had about $10 on it) for a $15 order. He showed me on his screen that the order would still cost $5, and then he charged me the full $15. But whatever action he took to show the order cost coming out to $5 on the screen emptied the $10 balance on my gift card.

Not only was the cashier incorrect (I could have credited the $10 gift card balance towards the order, as my friends have done at other Stradavarius restaurants), but the cashier was brusque and rude throughout the entire interaction, and did not respond to my repeated concerns about the gift card, even though there...
