WASTED $560 HERE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. I found some boots in person at a store I shop at regularly that didn't have my size in stock, I found the boots online that were in stock on Moreno's website and proceeded to order them. A few hours after placing my order I tried to cancel the order and emailed them 3 separate times and reached out to their customer service team on WhatsApp after finding them on another website for $100 cheaper. They proceeded to ship the boots and not respond until over 24 hours after I originally placed my order. They then said they never saw my messages and I had to call the store multiple times to even get a response back just for them to tell me they won't cancel the order or refund anything. I asked them to at least honor the other stores price which they then said they would honor it and proceeded to only take off 60$ out of the $100 difference. Then the boots arrived. Box was absolutely smashed to pieces. When I saw these boots in person they were completely smooth with a painted shaft. When Morenos sent them the texture was completely different. The entire shaft was cracking all over with paint flaking off with a slight touch. It looked like they had been sitting on a shelf unprotected for years. They insisted it was the design of the boot. In the attached photos if you zoom in you can see the in store boot and the boot that was shipped to me are entirely different textures. They refused to refund me and insisted that any replacement would be the same thing so they would not be sending any other replacement boots. If you are the owner and are reading this. I want my money back. I will never spend money...
