Los Gavilancillos — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Hey, so I finally went to that food truck everyone's been raving about on social media. It totally lived up to the hype! I had the consmué tacos, and they were stuffed with this amazing cheese and birrieria. You gotta try them!

But, heads up, don't mix this place up with La Suprena, the food truck right next to it in the gas station parking lot. My brother-in-law made the mistake of ordering carne asada fries from them, and they were dry and way overpriced.

Oh my god! I ordered from here for the first time because I was craving street tacos. I'm originally from LA so I did not have high expectations. However, the Tacos de Consomé / Consommé Tacos and the Pastor tacos were DELICIOUS. They brought me back to LA!!! I haven’t received my order yet, but I order through DoorDash and the restaurant took it upon themselves to call me and let me know that they had given my order to the driver and he sat there for 10-15 minutes.
