IS THE WORST THE 👎👎👎👎👎( STARTING JANUARY 1ST TO FEBRUARY 1ST, 2025 WAS VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ME AND THE🤑 $6.99 MEAL DEAL🤮.) OKAY, HERE WE GO!... MANAGEMENT? SHE HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS. SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP!!! WITH SOMEONE WHO APPRECIATES THE JOB AND WE'LL SERVICE THE CUSTOMER AS IF SUBWAY VALUE YOU'RE COMING IN THE THAT LOCATION. Read moreIf I could give service a -5 stas, i would. This afternoon I was eating in the restaurant when a young man came in looking to pick up his online order. He was told that the restauran never received the request. He attempted to show the staff his receipt and they basically ignored him and said they didn't get it. He requested the sandwich be remade and was told they could make it but would have to pay for it. He asked for a manager and was told by the woman who he was talking to that she was the manager. He then asked for her name and she refused. The young man tried to explain the situation again and the 'manager' refused to listen, started acting high and mighty and ended up calling the police because she didn't want to help the man. It was ridiculous. All this young man wanted was the food he paid for and instead got a meeting with the police and is out however much he paid online. I WILL KOT BE FREQUENTING THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID IT AS WELL. She was rude from the start and constantly told him that they didn’t have an order under his name. He showed her the proof of him paying for his online meal and this exact location and she still refused to help him. He asked for her name and she refused to give it to him. She’s a manager, but treats customers wrong. She wasn’t helpful, she was rude, and caused someone to stress out because they had no food for their lunch. all im saying is don’t place any orders here because the ladies at this store are very rude and unhelpful. normally when showing proof of paid service the workers make the order that someone paid for but in this case Keisha was completely disrespectful and didn’t want to help at all. find another job if you don’t wanna do what...
