Don't know if she was a manager , she was tall , red face, very rude.. Took my 2 daughters to breakfast on today, I asked if we could be moved to a larger table, tables are very tight...dining room very messy and unorganized...She moved us bcuz a older couple was leaving, as we were being seated I politely said can u remove coffee creamers and sugar etc no one drinks coffee..... She RUDELY YELLED IM TOO BUSY TO NE REARRANGING TABLES!!!!! WOW!!! IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I TOLD THE Asian Guy what happened who i assumed was owner, SHE GAVE ME THE HAND AND SAID WHAT EVER#!!!! WE WENT TO IHOP WHERE SERVICE WAS GREAT & LEFT A $20 Tip where we were treated with GREAT customer service....IF I WAS THE MANAGER SHE WOULD OF BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT.....I WILL NEVER RETURN...

I do NOT have to visit this establishment anymore.

We walk in the door, a man is giving himself an insulin shot at the entry table. Shirt up and all.

Ordered grits, they were lumpy after the first few spoons. We send the grits back, never received a new order of grits. Just get my bill with $2 off. I didn’t get the choice of a new order of grits.

The manager comes over and explain to us no one ever sends their grits back. But, she did see lumps. So she took $2 off. Why are we having this discussion like I we brought a $2.99 special. Ma’am the grits weren’t made properly. How did you service the customer?

The actual fact that I had to go back and forth about $2.00 worth of lumpy grits...

Gross! We ordered the oven baked french toast & purist buttermilk pancakes. These entrées did not come with sides-had to order separately. So, we ordered turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, & "loaded potatoes". The loaded potatoes were the store brought shredded hash browns with microwaved cheese & uncooked onions & green peppers on top. The eggs & sausages were subpar. The french toast was a tasteless extra nutty birthday cake. The pancakes had no flavor. The meal was $50 and not worth even half of that. I have no idea where all these 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from. When leaving the bill, the waitress did bring along 2 chocolate covered...
