Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

So, this morning I went thru the drive thru and ordered my Large hot coffee, cream only, as I have the past 6 months. I am diabetic and NEVER can have sugar in my coffee. I got my coffee and drove to my job another 20 minutes down the road. I opened my coffee to find a french vanilla coffee with about 2 tablespoons of sugar in it. As I work outside in a campground and had no access to purchase coffee, I asked my boss if I could leave and go get a RIGHT coffee. I drove back to Dunkin Donuts, went inside, talked to the girl who told me that there was a woman that didnt get her french vanilla coffee. She then made me my large hot coffee AND CHARGED ME FOR IT. I immediately asked for the Mgr and I was told there was no manager, that he had a heart attack. I paid for the coffee and left. When I got back to work I called the office in West Ocean City and explained all this. I was told I would receive a call back from someone named Danielle...WELL... No call back.. Are you kidding me...to pay for a mistake AND the drive I had to make. I will be waiting to here from someone.. This dunkin donuts was Berlin MD Southgate...

Every Monday I come to this DD before my child's music lesson. The staff is usually just quiet. Not friendly but not rude. The issue is they do not listen. I ask for hot I get iced. I ask for iced I get hot. Today I order same drink I get from every DD and he ask if I want cream and sugar I said I want it how it normally comes. Isn't it already sweetend. He said no we do the milk then the espresso. I said ok does the Carmel not sweeten it he says no. I never ask for cream and sugar and it's always sweet I explained at every DD I ask for an iced Carmel machaitto and never get asked that question. He could care less and just stared at me. So I told him to take it off my bill. I didn't want to buy a coffee that is already made with milk have extra cream and sugar added when not needed and he was not the least bit interested in helping me. This is the last time I will spend a dime in...

I go to this Dunkin donuts every morning it’s usually great, I’ve never had a bad experience till this morning, the guy has either never had coffee or espresso or is just a complete idiot, I asked for iced I got hot, took him about 10 minutes, two people in line behind me just left and pulled off because they were used to the regular fast good service, so I finally get my drink and it taste like a hot cup of milk, no espresso, no flavoring, if I wasn’t on my way to work I would of just went inside and showed him how to make it (the drink I ordered is basically just chocolate milk, ice and two shots of espresso a little kid could make it)....great store normally but if a little bald guy with glasses is working you might as...
