I don’t normally walk away from a fast-food spot feeling impressed enough to write a review, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, which already set it apart from the usual “grab it and go” vibe. The team working behind the counter had genuine smiles, greeted me right away, and made me feel like more than just another order number.
The service was quick, but not rushed. My order was taken accurately, and the staff were patient enough to answer a couple of questions without making me feel like I was holding up the line. When my food came out, everything was fresh, hot, and neatly put together—not the sloppy wrap or smashed burger you sometimes expect at fast-food places.
What stood out the most, though, was the level of customer service. One of the employees came to check on tables, asked if everyone had what they needed, and even offered to grab extra condiments or napkins. That’s something I’ve honestly never experienced at a fast-food chain, and it made the whole meal feel like a step above the usual.
The restaurant itself was spotless: tables wiped down, trash emptied, restrooms clean, and floors swept. You could tell the staff actually cared about keeping the place nice for customers. Even during the busy lunch rush, they moved efficiently, and no one was left waiting too long.
Overall, I walked out not only satisfied with my meal but impressed by the way this location is run. Great food is one thing, but great service is what makes people come back, and this team nailed it. I placed an order on the website well before arriving to the restaurant. When we did arrive I went inside to the pick up counter and waited for about 45 more minutes, past the time my order was supposed to be ready by. During my wait the restaurant had a long drive through line, and an indoor line going to the door. At no point did they stop taking orders to catch up on existing orders. Drive through orders got theirs - I watched the line clear and refill. Another woman had come up because she made it home with her order only to find it was completely wrong, including an ingredient she asked to be omitted for her daughter with food allergies (she found out the order was wrong by taking a bite, unfortunately).
It was chaotic and the poor woman who was cashier for the front got no guidance and no help from her manager, who we could see in the background throwing bags and food around. Her mood was clearly pissed (the manager) and I felt for her drowning staff. She didn't turn off any orders from outside apps like door dash, and instead of prioritizing people who have already ordered and paid, the orders kept stacking.
The cashier struggled with complaints and her own mistakes all while keeping her composure and being kind to grouchy patrons. Kudos to her for holding it together, however completely unfair that the manager hid in the back cooking and had nothing more to do with keeping clients happy, leaving her poor front of house employee drowning in her bad decisions.
I'd return to other Blake's locations, but I won't be back to this...
Read moreTraveling from Oklahoma to Farmington for a funeral…been on the road for 11 hrs.. took my wife here for the first time ordered our food through the drive thru at 9:35pm got our food at 9:45pm.. my wife’s burger was plain nothing on it so we took it back.. they took the burger and told us to park in stall 1. THEY NEVER CAME BACK…they closed at 10…went to the drive thru and knocked on the window…they looked at us and just ignored us.. then my wife got out and knocked on the window.. they came to the window my told them y’all never gave us our burger and we’ve been waiting…they closed the window and continued doing their closing duties…another 5+ minutes go by and so I knocked again and a different person came to the window a boy with white AirPods and looked like he had a burst fade haircut with a hat on apologized for what had happened.. my wife had said can we just get a refund then…we were denied a refund because the manager had already pulled the drawer and he was the only one through this highly disappointing experience that showed empathy and actually apologized to us… then brought us our burger…. All in all we had to wait almost an hour for a itsaburger. This place needs new management because your teaching the young adults working here very poor work ethic and if the manager doesn’t care then these dead ain’t gonna care!! The manger should be handling mishaps but is no where to be found… you are the face of the company and your making the company look horrible!! You should be ashamed with how the business is being ran and would want to do whatever it takes to fix it!! I feel sorry for the Blake’s...
