Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Berry Hill

The people that waited on me were very rude and the short woman that cashed me out told me she wasn’t a mind reader when I asked her a question I definitely want be walking back in that establishment ever again I’m in tears I’m so mad UPDATE : Two years later I walked back in this store hoping to get better service but I’m convinced that will never happen in this location 8/25/25 3:30 in the afternoon one person being waited on I’m next and the short white lady walks in from outside goes behind the computer on her apron and some gloves and says to me can I help you , I was so shocked because I just knew she was going to was her hands first but she never did so I asked the black lady if she would wait on me and she seemed upset mumbling a lot under her breath . She proceeded to fix my salad and I should have just walked out but I didn’t she asked me did I want it the Mike way and I said no I told her what I wanted on my salad and it went downhill from their . She chopped everything so small I thought it was for a toddler and this is what made me throw it away when I got home I asked for oregano extra oregano this lady picked up every piece of salad and tossed it around with her hands like she was making a point that every piece would have some oregano on it I stood there looking like this is not happening to me . I had already paid for it then I asked for some dressing and she began mumbling again after two years and the service has definitely gotten worse I will definitely go out of my way to visit other Jerseys Mike’s location. I threw it in the garbage I would have used their name but no name tags were worn and my receipt says...

I wouldn't come back here if my life depended on it. I'm from Jersey so now living in Nashville Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places to go. I asked for a club sub and the young man today Sunday afternoon (4/27)started making the wrong sandwich so I said no, I asked for a club sub and he seemed annoyed that he got the order wrong and then, I have always had my sandwiches toasted at Jersey Mike's no matter where I go and I asked him "Can you please toast that" and he said "no it's company policy we're not allowed to toast the sandwiches" that's the first I've ever heard of that... because then why do you offer "hot subs". It's just pure laziness every single one I've ever been to has always toasted it even the one down the road, but the reason I'm really writing this review is after I asked him to toast it, and I told him I said that's really odd because other Jersey Mike's in the area have done this for me... He wrapped up my sandwich real quick, went silent and threw the sandwich at me after I paid. despicable behavior, I asked a simple question. go to the a different jersey mikes...

I work in the area and usually order from here on the weekends I work. I used the app today and placed an order at 1:07 pm for pickup at 1:45 pm. I got there around 1:50, traffic from Antioch was a little heavy. No sandwich was made. The girl asked me for my name, when I told her she looked at the other employee and said " I guess we should have made that order." So now I wait for 10 minutes while they take their time fixing sandwiches for the people in line, before she starts on mine. So I get my own drink and chips while they slap together my sandwich. Needless to say I was 5 minutes late to work. I'm upset because the same thing happened 3 weeks ago. Almost exactly the same thing. So I guess I shouldn't use that store or stop using the app to order ahead. It's a shame because it's so close to work.

P.S. In fairness to this store I wanted to update this review. I tried the store in Nashboro and apparently they also don't get the idea of preordering through the app. I had the same issue there, but the girl stopped what she was doing and made my sandwich. Maybe it's just a...
