McDonald's — Restaurant in Berry Hill

My experience here today has literally changed my life forever.

I came to this McDonald’s just to quickly use the restroom. As I entered the restroom I immediately noticed that the single urinal they have here gives ZERO privacy to the person who’s using it. The second you open the door to the restroom you have a full view of whoever is using the urinal, and also every inch of what they’re holding in their hands.

Seeing that the one toilet stall was occupied, I decided to use the urinal anyway because I had to go real bad. Big mistake.

Not even 5 seconds into using the urinal, the restroom door opens and a kid who is no older than eight and his mother come in and see that there is only one urinal, and I’m using it. The mom tells the kid to wait his turn while she just scrolled on her phone. So they’re kind of just waiting, standing by the sink WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE URINAL!

As they’re standing there I hear the kid giggle and tell his mom “I can see his pp.”

I froze like a statue.

The mom then said “oh wow, that’s embarrassing”

I’m confident that I stopped breathing when i heard that. What happened next will likely put me in therapy at some point.

“Why’s it so small, mom?”

“Sebastian, that’s enough. Stand here quietly till it’s your turn”

I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life.

Then as I’m trying to finish up, the mom steps over next to me and puts her hand on my shoulder. She said “I apologize for my son, he’s autistic and doesn’t really have a filter for what he says.”

Then with what sounded like she was smirking when she said it, she said “Don’t feel bad, I’ve seen smaller. I’m a mother so I’ve changed plenty of diapers.”

I was so emotionally distraught that I just tucked my little guy back into my pants and quickly left, I didn’t even wash my hands.

Listen, I know I’m not exactly “well endowed”, but hearing AN 8 YEAR OLD and his mother call my equipment small has been so emotionally scarring that I may never use a public restroom ever again.

I work a customer service job. How I was treated is how you drive away customers. I was greeted with two whole minutes of silence over the drive-thru speaker. After about fifteen seconds, I said “hello?” Around the 30 second mark, I said hello again. After the first minute, assuming either the speaker was down, or they were busy, I repeated my “hello?” Another minute passed, and right before I could drive away, someone finally said “go ahead with your order.” After every single item, the woman kept saying “is that it for your order?”, even cutting me off several times. She told me to “pull up to the first window.” I sat and waited at the first window for a little while looking through the window at people who were stocking shelves and mopping the floor. Occasionally, they’d make eye contact, but would immediately look down. No one opened the window to clarify, or even made any kind of gesture for me to pull forward, so I pulled forward. The guy at the window took my card and told me the wrong total. I kept saying “hey, what was that total?”, but he never turned around and proceeded to put my card in the machine. Finally, when he gave my card back, I asked him again to verify the total, which he did — and he corrected himself — but was noticeably annoyed with me that I’d ask. I understand that sometimes dealing with customers is not the most pleasant thing in the world, but you don’t treat all of your customers horribly just because you’re having a bad day. I’ve been to this Macdonalds several times before, and wouldn’t have bothered reviewing it if it weren’t for the fact that it’s...

Just went to go and drive thru to get my self a sprite cause my stomach wasn’t feeling well and I wait at the speaker and got completely ingnored go to go up to the window tell them that I never got my order placed this lady with big white spiked hair had the guts to rudely ask me OH DID YOU JUST JUMP IN FORT OF THAT LADY RIGHT THERE AND. IAM LIKE EXCUSE ME NO I HAVE BEEN SITTING IN THE DRIVE WAITING TO PLACE MY ORDER AND NO ONE EVERY ANWSEREDTO TAKE MY ORDER I am like I am so tired of people just challenageing me the fact that she had the gut to even ask me that like the lady that was behind me was prob her friend or something just beyond just HORRIBLE customer service I will keep coming back only because it is right here next to my work but that lady Has got to work on her attitude problems the lady with the big white spiked hair and the big brown glasses it you do not talk to customer like sorry you can’t do your job right but don’t you go around assuming that some body had just some one it like maybe if you talked to me thru the speaker then you wouldn’t have that problem in the first she does not need to be working there very rude then the other girl was no better barley got my code before her Ricky slamming the window on my face then handing my drink back and rudely saying oh have a good day o can see why you have the ratings that you have now you made me late coming back from my break so thank you for that !!’👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 BAD...
