This place is surprisingly great. I was looking for a truly good place to eat on my way through town for work, stopped here for dinner, I got the homemade spaghetti with vodka sauce and chicken, it was again surprisingly good, beating my expectations from a restaurant in this little town to be completely honest. Great atmosphere, service was fantastic, I was certainly well taken care of and not left waiting or wanting for anything, and the most important thing of course, the food, was awesome. Truly a fresh, homemade, authentic meal, the only thing thing I’d say is you guys are in an area where there is an abundance of edible gourmet mushrooms to be foraged all year and you should use oyster mushrooms, chanterelles, stuff like that instead of the bellas. But they were still delicious, that’s just me being picky, and not enough to not give 5 stars lol. I hope to be back.

I was told its BYOB, and they do reservations mainly for large parts and weekends. I was lucky when my girlfriend and I went last night we didn't need one and were seated quickly. Very mom and pop but with a modern flare. Both of us had traveled to Italy earlier this year and were happy to report we found a little slice of Italy in our own backyard. We would recommend the gnocchi and vodka sauce for sure. Garlic bread with cheese was good too. I personally would have went with a little less garlic, but still wonderfully done all the same. We are sure to bring a few friends and vino with us the next time were in the mood for that home cooked...

For 5 pm.. table set for 1 ... chef paced up and down ...there was only a half a dozen people there every time the door opened he came.out to see Shrimp parm had tails on it so.you had to get sauce all over your hands to retrieve the shrimp ...it was a plate of pasta. It was supposed to be angle hair .it wasn't.... ...chicken parmesan was a Patty. ... I was a waitress for 35 years this was unacceptable ...service...
