Generally speaking, service is very well. Tonight was not the case. Tonight's service was HORRENDOUS. Initially, we ordered around seven o'clock and did not receive the order until a little before nine. We called them once it got to be over an hour (so it was after eight). They explained that the order was taken to Mifflinville and they did not have the correct number so they could not call us. Instead, they said they would have the order at the house in five minutes tops and explained they were walking out with it now . . . twenty minutes later and we still did not have the order delivered. Called again. As it turns out, they put the pizzas back in the oven and again said they could not call us to let us know because of a "computer error." Once it was FINALLY delivered—may I add nearly TWO HOURS after the initial order—they forgot the cheesy bread and the cinnastix. However, they did void the order and added a coke free-of-charge. We looked at the receipt—phone number completely incorrect and so was the last name. Now, do not get me wrong, I love Domino's. Even though one of their "pinpoint delivery spots" is the corner by my house. I could have walked 2 minutes down the road and they would have delivered it if I ordered it that way... they let me put a mobile order through using their app before calling me and telling me i couldn't. Why is my address accepted if it is outside of their delivery map? When I eventually said I was coming to pick the food up, they canceled my order. Left a pending charge on my bank account and expected me to re-pay for the food. When I was upset 2 employees got in my face, and one even tried to come out through a side door to come after me. Horrible customer service and horrible customer interaction. They ended up throwing out the food industry went to pick up, and I ordered from OIP instead. The managers here should be ashamed of their crew and should be looking for new drivers. If your drivers can't drive on wet roads in a 4 wheel drive vehicle, they should be looking for employment they can...

They get our order right every time, every driver has been punctual as all get out, and they've ben very polite and friendly, while the in store staff has been equally polite. I've never had a problem with the local store ever, and I've ordered at all different times of the day.
I will say that the National level/Corporate leve of Domino's isn't so great. You'll suffer some major culture shock if you ever have to go from dealing with this Berwick Domino's to the corporate Domino's. The corporate level is incredibly uncaring, frequently has a terrible outlook towards LGBT employees and customers, and tends to have poor customer service scoring. No matter how upset you might be, I strongly suggest working things out with the Berwick store, because they are a billion times more awesome than...
