I went today with my buddy waited to be attended only to get cut in line off by a cop. They attended his punk cop first of course. This idiot at the register charged my twice for 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts. Then I called the manager in which she had a crabby attitude like this place doesnt owe 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts. Run Away Save Your Money!

If I could give zero stars I would! I had THE MOST Worst experience ever here. I was treated horribly. The service was rude , the drink was sloppily made, I will never recommend this establishment or spend my money there again. The person who took my order blatantly ignored my requests, treated me like I was not a paying customer, I paid for my order and ended up throwing everything away , I was disgusted...

We get there and for some reason only taking mobile orders. Fine we order online from the parking lot and then wait 15 minutes. Go to the window and they have nothing that we ordered available but we already ordered online so we got stuck with flavors we didn't want. Will never come back again. Don't recommend going later 11pm they do everything they can go not serve you...

Yo BR, you never have chocolate chip ice cream, Why??? It is one of the 31 flavors. Also, why doesn’t ownership look at these ratings? Why would you allow this to happen?
