This location always takes 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. I’m 2.1 miles and an 8 minute drive away. Knowing it would probably take a while, I placed a delivery order at 10:45am. Delivery tracker said “out for delivery” at 10:50. I got excited, because I’m thinking I might get my food “freaky fast” for a change. 11:30 comes, order tracker says it’s been delivered. Look outside, no food. Check my doorbell camera, no footage. I call the store, someone picks up and says “the delivery driver said he delivered it.” I say “nope, no food, no camera footage, and no footprints in the snow.” Guy on the phone “ok sorry, we’ll make a new one and get it out to you.” I go outside and check both my neighbors front patios, and across the street. Nothing. Now it’s 12:30 and I still don’t have my food. $17.50 for a sandwich and some chips and I got nothing. I guess I paid for a lesson, and won’t be ordering again. If you’re thinking about delivery, fingers crossed you actually get your food.
Edit: It arrived at 12:36. I changed from 1 star to 2 stars, because it finally did arrive, and for actually answering the phone when I called and making it right. Still think I’m being generous since it took...
Read moreI went in store and placed an order for a Beach Club add bacon. There were 2 young men behind the counter. My order was made very fast and I was in and out in about 10 min.
I always examine the ingredients on my subs and this time was no different. I was disappointed to see that my Bacon was not included on the sandwich and the Lettuce they gave me was brown 😕. If the bacon were free I probably wouldn't have called the location but since I paid $1.75 extra, I called. The 1st guy that picked up the phone said he didn't know what to do so he gave the phone to another guy who said I needed to speak with a manager. A female got on the phone and she said that they'd write down my number and when I came back to let them know and they'd give me credit. I'm fine with that. We'll see how easy it is once I go back.
All in all the sandwich was still good without the bacon. I took the Lettuce off. The chocolate chip cookie was the highlight. Will I be back, sure. It probably was an honest mistake to forget the bacon. I'm not thrilled about the brown lettuce. They should know when to throw out veggies that don't look fresh. If it happens again I won't be...
Read moreONE STAR. And I'm being generous. I'm writing this update because, shockingly, NO ONE has followed up with me about my previous complaint. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried to give Jimmy John's the benefit of the doubt, but their customer service is clearly non-existent. Let me reiterate: my drive-thru experience was beyond upsetting. I waited over 30 minutes in line, which is ridiculous in itself. was told someone would contact me. Guess what? Crickets. Radio silence. Nothing. So here I am, publicly airing my grievances AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and skip this Jimmy John's. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they certainly don't care about getting orders right. Freaky fast? More like freaky frustrating. I'm done.
