K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Berwyn

I had given this K&G 5 stars when I 1st walked out but it later turned to the worst day ever. I purchased a a pair of slacks, a vest, shoes, belt and tie. I was going to my youngest high school graduation. I had to get them taking up and the guy told me they'd be ready at 2. I was like cool cause the graduation didn't start till 4 but it was in Tinley park and I live in Hillside. Well I didn't get a call so I went back to the store around 230 there was another cashier there so I asked if my stuff was ready she went to look came back and said nothing was there so check with the guy in the back. I go to see the guy who was really nice in fact everyone was really nice. After the guy looked around he said he didn't have them and said he would be right back. He returned with my stuff and said they were never brought back to him. He said I can do them right now it won't take long. I waited and didn't get out of the store till after 3. I rushed home got dressed as fast as I could hit the e way it was after 4. I drove around the parking lot looking for a parking spot as my phone kept going off saying where are you they called her name and by the time I parked in theholiday inn parking lot they were coming outside. I made it just in time to run down to a vendor outside and grab her a gift. When she saw me she burst into tears. I can never get this day back. I know that the lady didn't do this on purpose in fact we talked about while I was at the register but never the less. I never made it to see my baby girl walk across the stage and get her diploma. On December 15,2022 To whom it may concern I walked into one of your K&G Store #0711 today around 9:30am this morning One of your Sales representative greeted me this morning with a smile on her face and asked me because she helped me find something her name is Denise I told her yes And I showed her the color Of the suit that I was looking for she suggested a couple of colors in that range she was so far as making sure that I had the right side jacket the right side pants and see the right size shirt that I need that is what you call great customer service If I had to rate her on her customer serviceI will give her a 10 Because she did an awesome job thank you Denise for everything you are awesome I will visit again

Miserable experience. Disorganized, confused arrogant, pushy & rude sales & checkout staff. Does not use the words "thank you". I was told I was able to get two suits for free as part of their sales promotion if I purchase ones of the same brand, but I was hustled upon receipt and told I have to buy a suit that cost $80 more, they lie and don't honor their posted signage for sales promotion items. They do offer some affordable options and decent selection on some products. But the salesman hovers over you and forces products on you so quickly, with high-pressure sales tactics, & the old white woman and young black woman at the checkout have no idea of what customer service is, they were very ghetto and...
