Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Berwyn

I used to work at Chipotle so I know how things work. I know you guys don’t charge for rice. You toss it out at the end of the night actually. When I order my bowl, I don’t complain about meat because I get the portioning. But we both know extra rice is free. I don’t even order beans. So when I say extra, I don’t mean half an empty bowl. You guys are too stingy for something you don’t even charge extra for. Oh and then when I asked the manager for a side of rice because they didn’t put enough, she tried to rudely tell me she has to charge me. I explained to her that they didn’t put enough and that it shouldn’t be charged. Whenever I go in person, the tables are usually so messy and gross. I hate eating inside this specific Chipotle because it’s so dirty. There’s always smeared stuff near the forks?!?!? Overall, just give me a good amount of damn rice. When I order online, it’s below half way. Bffr. And when I go in person, I have to say “More please” at least 2 times. Literally HALF A SPOON OF RICE. I’m not even exaggerating. Most employees are nice though. Chipotle is one of my comfort foods and I love it sm. After a long week of work, school, etc, I was looking forward to my bowl. I’m not even kidding I cried like at least 3 times because of the lack-of-rice situation. I just want a filling bowl. Listen, I get customer service jobs especially in food, can be frustrating. So I ordered a burrito bowl and chips with guace and two orders of queso. I always order my bowls with double meat and extra lettuce cause I make a bowl last three meals. I also always get queso in my bowl as well. I placed my order to be picked up at 9:40pm (after work dinner). Arrived on time and no order was ready. I asked and the woman told me she'd check only to come back and tell me they're out of queso and they have none hot. She tried to replace my queso with guac until I told her I ordered two orders of queso and it was in my bowl. She magically reappeared with queso to my delight. They begin making my order and then she comes back to me to tell me they've been out of barbacoa since MID-DAY and if I'd be willing to sub with steak (closest price comparison) I agreed. They made my food and I left happily until I got to my sister's house and opened my bowl. I didn't watch them make it (probably my biggest mistake) and they literally gave me half a scoop of steak (I ordered double and ALREADY PAID since it was a mobile order) and a few pieces of lettuce even though I asked for extra of that as well. I get that I didn't pay for extra lettuce but I did pay for extra meat and didn't even receive a full portion of the meat I didn't want. I won't be returning to this location. What could have been a great visit! Last night 10:06 pm I ordered two chicken burrito bowls and one chicken burrito. There was little chicken in the main line area so I asked if they had more chicken? after the young lady searched the store for more chicken, She realized they only had chicken left in the online section. So now someone is preparing fresh chicken. After preparing my first burrito bowl, she started to prepare the second one and the chicken was a little bit skimpy, so I asked if I can have a little bit more and she told me that that was a full portion I asked for the manager. Julio asked how he could help I told him the problem and he argued the same thing that I had a full portion and that I could pay for extra chicken , so I told him that I will pay for extra chicken. When Julio went back to the online area there was no more chicken left if you guys get my drift so she basically gave me what little chicken they had left!! so after arguing back-and-forth with the manager, Julio, I was so hungry.
