Mr. Submarine — Restaurant in Berwyn

This Mr.Sub that’s in Berwyn off of 26th street just so everyone knows these are new owners of this Mr sub they took over a while ago and I will tell you the new owners and there food at this Mr sub is amazing the food is amazing and so good and so fresh!!! The employees that work at this Mr.sub are so nice and friendly and always give great excellent service! My daughter and I come here a lot and since we been coming here and moved to the neighborhood the food is amazing and I’ve always liked Mr.sub great food!!!!!!! This location had previous owners years ago but then these new owners took over this Mr sub and they have really turned it around and made everything better for the customers I strongly suggest that everyone and anyone goes to this Mr sub location because I think it’s the best Mr sub location I’ve ever been too and great service great food and great employees that work at this Mr sub and they all know me and my daughter cause we go to This Mr sub a lot and there always so friendly to me and my daughter and I thank this Mr sub and your employees for how amazing they are and treat me and my daughter when we come in and we love the food food is amazing and service is amazing!!!! I’ve been working in restaurants all my life and this is a very excellent Mr sub location and very clean restaurant. Check out this Mr sub location off of 26th street by Ridgeland ave in Berwyn!!!

Ok ok UPDATE! Since my last review was 8yrs ago. I've been coming here since literally early 2003 so high school day's.

It's definitely under new management. My 1st time stopping by since they re-opened and again NEW MANAGEMENT. Today was my 2nd stop since they opened. I'm actually really impressed with the quality of the food product. My favorite go to is the Ham King easy on the sauce no mayo. Ham is perfectly not too thin and not to thick sliced. The veggies are definitely fresh cut and NOT SOGGY 👏🏽. The bread is most definitely NOT old. You can definitely tell food quality control is their priority (LOVE IT). I was obviously curious as to who the owner was came to find out she was actually the one making my sub! Since the 1st time I stopped in she was so nice and friendly. Honestly felt like I was talking to one of my own buddies 😂. I live about 2 blocks from this spot, and most def will be coming here more often. Will definitely be having all my Costco fam come back to this location for our early morning lunches.

FYI I'm an extremity picky eater after working with food 18+ years. I'd definitely give this place Grade A.

This is the BEST Mr. Submarine I have ever been to!

I understand this place is under new management and I can see they are going all in and making this place great. As I walked in the place instantly hit with with not only the smell of sandwiches, but also a fresh and very clean smell, not like a chemical clean smell, just a good clean scent. The guy behind the counter suggested to ring me up for a meal instead of buying a pop after the fact and even gave me some change back! The sandwhich was made PERFECTLY (original mr sub). The guy at the register asked the sandwich maker to confirm that he did in fact add mayo to my sub and he did. Little things like that in making sure an order is right, is why a lot of places don't get orders right.

The food tasted BETTER than any other Mr. Sub I have been to. Everything seemed fresher, the chili I had (which is amazing btw) was nice and hot. Everything about this place was just great. Nice people working there, clean, great food, fast service whats not to like? Sandwich and a big cup of chili for 10$? Great prices also
