⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Pink Owl Cafe yesterday, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, the environment was warm, stylish, and welcoming — truly the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy, and take in the vibes.
The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Every bite and sip was packed with flavor, and we were pleasantly surprised by how generous the drink portions were — especially for the price! It’s rare to find such great value without sacrificing quality, but Pink Owl Cafe delivers on both fronts. I enjoy ordering Chai wherever I go to rate it and compare it to other spots, and I can confidently say this was some of the best Chai I have ever tasted.
The staff made the experience even better. Every single person we interacted with was personable, polite, and incredibly professional. Also, my wife really appreciated them being Spanish speaking as well since it's her first language. You could tell they truly care about the customer experience. And speaking of service — it was lightning fast! From being seated to food preparation to general attentiveness, everything moved smoothly and efficiently without ever feeling rushed.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re anywhere near Berwyn, do yourself a favor and stop by Pink Owl Cafe. It’s an experience worth repeating.
This is the type of cafe that I would expect to be an established large restaurant, which I hope can happen for their sake with the amount of people they will eventually need to...
Read moreLet me start by saying that the lady at the front taking orders was very welcoming and also recommended a few things to try off the menu since i was a first timer.
We tried out the procutto toast with micro greens, rasted garlic, tomato, creamy burrata, we gave it a 5/5 it was very well balanced with the saltyness from the ham and the mildness from the cheese and the nice kick at the end from the balsamic glaze with a bit of nuttiness from the sesame! Next was a avacado toast that was also a 5/5 it was a flavor bomb with the feta cheese, avacado, greens and balsamic very simple but flavorful. 5/5 on the chicken panini it had a little bit of a kick from the sauce, loved the bacon and avacado on it chicken was very juicy not dry came with the lettice and tomato i could taste the love.
For our drinks we had the dirty grandma coffee had a subtle flavor of mexican chocolate and 2 expresso shots 5/5, also tried out the Mazapan latte felt that the mazapan can be better incorparated into the latte since we really didnt get the mazapan flavor until the end and it felt like just a topping 4/5.
Overall this place is a gem to Berwyn with an awesome story behind the pink owl, serving you real great coffee and food come try it if you havent you can really see and taste the love they put into everything they do there is not alot of places like this these days!

Read moreSo saddened by the racist experience my husband had today when he picked up my uber order. I have worked at the school down the street for 2 years and have always enjoyed coming to Pink Owl. The district I work at has given them so much business and see the staff often. And, I have never had an experience like this. I always loved the idea of it being a Latino business & always supported it, being a Latina myself. Of course, I know being in an interracial marriage, sometimes it’s difficult to NOT label something as racist; however, because I have, and everybody I’ve known, has never experienced this but my Black husband has a couple of times, I have to say something for my Black people. The cashier was rude when my husband requested to buy an additional item, SEPARATE from my order. She told him flat out “no”. Why would she deny the business from receiving money? She did give it to him, but I don’t understand why give him a hard time for ordering an additional item that he was going to pay for. I can only assume it was because she assumed he was an uber driver, not an actual consumer. It saddens me because my husband has gotten this treatment being a Black man. Maybe it wasn’t racist, but it was DEFINITELY stereotypical. To the cashier, you are the face of the...
