I'm assuming this is the White Castle located at 95th and Cicero Avenue in Oak Lawn, Illinois, just 2 miles away from the Southwest Chicago border. 9500 South Cicero Avenue 60452 woul probably be the correct address if I'm not mistaken. But anyway, I also have about 5 or 6 other White castles that I would love to name on this list, but I'm not sure I have enough room. But I do have one small request from White Castle Corporate. About 10 or 15 years ago, maybe even 20 years ago, you're establishments would provide a variety of brochures including one that was very special. And it was a map, that showed where every White Castle was in the United States nation and I still have that map to this very day. It's probably about 10 to 15 years old but it also gave nutrition information if I'm correct. If you guys could start doing those maps again, you have no idea how much appreciated they would be to folks like me and many others. And the menu item I had ordered even I can't get a few days ago, was the traditional White Castle Sandwich (in which I alesyd order with anytime I get), asking with the jalapeno cheeseburger, a small order of chicken rings, small order of onion rings (this was not all for me btw. But make them mistake, it could've been if I really wanted it to be. 🤦🏼♀️😉 But thank you, White Castle. You have served at least 3-4 generations of my family so far. And now we're going onto a 5th generation. They're still a little young yet, but they already know to eat every last fibglllt of what is given to them. Thank you again White Castle for serving generations of...
Read moreWe won a $25 gift card in a raffle. Came in for breakfast; I found out you can get any breakfast item all day long. 8 am have breakfast, drag yourself out of bed at 2 pm after a late night partying, have breakfast, 8 pm feel like breakfast for dinner - not a problem. White Castle is the first fast-food chain dating back to 1921. Today, they have a burger referencing that event, the 1921 slider. I found I to be more substantial than the slider I am familiar with. It had a thicker beef patty, cheese, arugula lettuce, tomato, and the infamous grilled onions. The 1921 slider ($2.39) is more than twice price than the basic slider ($1.00), but it's worth it, IMO. I also had a panko fish slider which was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside; a solid fish sandwich. The chicken and waffle sandwich with bacon; also pretty tasty is on the sweet side. My friends had the breakfast with the egg, cheese, and sausage waffle sandwich. It is served with syrup, it was better than McDonald's McGriddle. The restaurant uses the Coca-Cola Freestyle with over 100 flavors to choose from including diet ginger ale, Powerade, root beer or iced tea. I play "mad scientist" and come up my own unique combinations. My friend used the bathroom and did say it has NOT been cleaned recently. The group did decide the breakfast waffle sandwiches are not drive-thru friendly; they needed pour the syrup into the sandwich, and it was sticky to...
Read more3.22.24 I went in here (IN STORE) ordered 5 cheeseburgers no onions, onion rings, 10 sack of cheeseburgers and mozzarella sticks. I ordered at 3:41 pm I was in my car leaving at 4:17 pm. It took 35 minutes to get my order! The staff was more concerned with filling drive thru orders than completing the order of the person staring at them for more than a half hour. When the manager (I believe) asked one of the coworkers what I was waiting for "delivery or pickup" She even forgot why I was there. I was there for 30 minutes! But they offered me a pop for my inconvenience. Seriously. a $3 pop for wasting 30 minutes in this white castle. Plus no mozzerella sticks!!! Crazy af. 11.10.18 Good god almighty! This location makes their sliders fresh and tasty. I recommend the cheesy sack which ensures freshness. Add the Chicken Rings for a nice side piece to this affair. The customer service is fantastic too.
on 6/23/17 Got six regular sliders and I had the fried pickles which were actually very good and goes great with the White Castle barbecue sauce.
I got 10 cheeseburgers I ordered without onions but got them anyway. But they were still delicious! The pretzel chicken rings were awesome too. The service was speedy and the customer service from the shift around 3:02 pm (Friday) was excellent. Gave me tons of coupons too, have not gotten this type of service from any...
