Arby's — Restaurant in Bessemer

Went through drive thru to purchase a beef n cheddar meal with an additional fry with a sprite and root beer. The food was cold, the sprite taste like syrup so Me and my daughter went back through the drive thru, pulled up and the nice young lady helped me but the manager is talking on his phone while other employees is standing in front of him. I waited at the window for 5 minutes and then he comes. We reorder the food and was told to pull over and they would bring it out. So they brought the food and we just looks in the bag to see if that’s what we order assuming that we have HOT FOOD. Fries on top was hot but the ones on bottom was luke warm. I live in Bessemer and was happy to know that a Arby’s was 5.5 miles but after this service tonight. Never and by the way I stated to the young manager that when I go to the Arby’s on Crestwood Blvd they ask me do I want classic single or double. Young manager states to me well Mam here is the thing that store over there belongs to Matthew and this store down here belongs to David. And my last words will be. Nice to meet you David but I’ll keep riding with Matthew store because obvious they have some great customer service unlike DAVID store. Happy Holidays to y’all as well. NEVER will I...

Walking in...not greeted at all. The server, Trinity, didnt seem like she wanted to be here and was bored and annoyed that she had to take an order. Order id on receipt is "AAANJHWLACAP" and "warn" so not my name or anything close to it. The ice machine on either machine did not work. The tables were dirty so even tho they were very slow, the couldn't be bothered to clean tables. I ordered a chocolate milkshake...not a bottle of chocolate sauce. While I love my chocolate...i did want a milkshake and not the bottle of sauce. While I probably could have gone and asked to fix it, I didnt. With the crew that is here, it wouldnt surprise me if they would taint my shake cause they had to redo it. I always order a chocolate shake and I have never ordered a bottle of sauce! While the rest of the food was good...the customer experience sucks and I will not be back to...

This Arby's is very convenient to my home and office. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is always fantastic. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this Arby's. Everyone is so friendly. I always order at the Drive-Thru and Brandon is usually working that position. He has a really great personality and the perfect temperament for working in a busy, fast-paced customer-oriented environment. When he is working in the Drive-Thru, he always greets me by name and remembers my usual food and drink order. Kudos to the Hiring Manager for putting such a great team - management and crew - that works so well together in place. I highly recommend this Arby's for delicious food and...
