They have the worst customer service ever! I just decided to stop by and order me and a few people food and I was the only one in the drive thru this morning when someone on the intercom told me to drive forward to have them take my order so I assumed maybe the window until I seen another intercom so I stayed there for a few to see if someone will take my order and no one came to the intercom so than I thought maybe they meant the window as I drove to the first window no one was there so I went to the second window and the guy there who was the only nice one there told me that I need to reverse to the first window and they will help me there so I did and waited for about 30 min until someone came and told me they will take my order and that I’m supposed to stay at the intercom and I told the person that someone said to drive up and the person said yeah the first intercom like wth and the person was very rude like I swear it’s not a place to be having a bad attitude or bad customer service and I noticed this at almost all McDonald’s! Also someone drove up to the first intercom and was there maybe 10 to 12 min waiting for someone to take their order and still no one came so they drove behind me and left after 3 min of waiting and mins you I was still waiting...
Read morePlease beware of this location! They stole my debit card information and went on a $1,400 shopping spree. Manager no help at all and rude. I went by through drive thru to the second window to pay and pick up my food. The female employee took my debit card and went to the back to take payment. She took long with my card and came back asking for my zip code. I thought it was odd since I have never been asked that in fast food places before. I did provide my zip code so she went to the back again and gave me my receipt. I didn’t check my account in a few days since I know what I have so I wasn’t concerned. After seeing so many charges of places I never go to I realized someone had stolen my information. I kept thinking where I have been and I realized after the night I went to Mc Donald’s and the employee asked for my zip code right the next day they started with the fraudulent charges. I still have my receipt and proof that’s when the charges started appearing. I am extremely angry that management was no help and didn’t bother to believe me. I wanted to stop at a closer location to where I was picking my daughter up so her food would not be cold and I went to this location the lady took my order and I ordered the same exact thing then when I pulled around she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and it was 9.98 the girl went and got her because I asked why is it 9.98 when I just left another McDonald’s and it was 7 so she told me she rung me up for a 10 piece when the lady came to the window she was looking at me crazy and already getting a attitude so basically she said they don’t have the combo and rung everything up separate which still came out the same price even tho I had a 6 piece the other girl told me they did have a 6 piece combo ..
