Zero stars if I could. The girl with the red and brown braids working the drive thru today was absolutely awful. She didn’t acknowledge me or speak to me once and gave me a disgusting look when I asked to scan my rewards. She then handed me both my drink and sandwich at the same time and I almost dropped it. She should’ve handed everything to me one at a time. My matcha latte wasn’t even filled to the top by any means and had barley any ice. She didn’t give me my receipt so I asked if that was all and she just nodded. Zero kindness and horrible customer service. I have NEVER had such a bad and uncomfortable experience at any Starbucks location I’ve been to. I understand it was busy but customer service is still really important regardless. ZERO stars. Cappuccino ordered Oct 12th drivedru around 5:10 pm with fruit and cheese box was SO watery. ONLY 1 car was in front of me. NO excuse to charge me for a VERY WATERY coffe that you can BARELY taste ANY coffee AT ALL that means you ripped me off bu using VERY OLD and USED UP coffe grounds. I took 3 sips poured it out SO bad. I called the store shift leader did not offer to replace it and told me NO Manager was in the store. This Starbucks is okay, but usually hit or miss. Yesterday was a miss. My drink was wrong. So, I took it back because I did not ask for a caramel lined cup and I wanted light ice. I told her light caramel drizzle on top. Simple, right? She fixed the drink again, it was still wrong. Very sweet and sugar overload with lots of ice and too much caramel! The consistency was all wrong. I live in Helena and at that point I was over it. I did not drink the coffee, it's still sitting in my fridge. I really wasted my money.
