Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bessemer

Used to love this place until today and it's not because of the food I can't take away from that, however the cashier did not acknowledge my presence she continued to chit chat with another crew member I waited patiently for 3 or 5 minutes as she continued to act as if I wasn't at the counter the she walked to the back so I then asked the second crew member(girl #2) who was chatting with the cashier(girl#) upon my arrival who was running the register and she smugly replied SHE IS pointing at girl#1 so I said well I had a call in order (girl#2) interrupter me abruptly in a rude tone and said SHE HAS OTHER THINGS TO DO MA'AM so I then said I'm confused because I was the only customer in the lobby still waiting to at least be greated or asked if I can wait a second which I had no problem doing had I been asked so (girl#2) yelled to the back and said COME ON AN SEE WHAT SHE(REFERRING TO ME) WANTS and walked away again leaving me unattended at the counter. (Girl #1) The cashier returned to the register and then asked if she could help me and I said sure I had a call in for two pepperoni pizzas and two cheese pizzas both from the 5 dollar everyday deal the cashier (girl#1) said we ain't got no call in orders here I then replied sure you do because I placed the order and spoke to a guy with glasses who I perceive to be the manager and he told me to be here in 20 mins can I pay and simply go because I had a party of 10 waiting on the 5 pizzas that I ordered the cashier, (girl#1) continued to tell me I never called and then said you must have called another little ceasers and I said this is academy drive correct she (girl#1) answered yeah it is but you could not have called cause you ain't got no order here again I said sire I do she then asked the guy(who I think was the manager) if he knew anything about it and he looked at the cashier (girl#1) and said YES, YES SHE DID, I spoke to here and here is her order I made it shortly after she called in...and then magically (girl#1) was able to find my call in order she then took my debit card to process the payment returned my debit card and my pizza's were placed on the counter never offered napkins, or any condiments simply walked away after placing my food on the counter! Thankfully there was a pack of napkins in brown paper bag like packaging on the counter so I helped myself to them picked up my pizzas and wasnt thanked or invited back! This is still one of my far eatery's I just CAN'T NOR WON'T APPRECIATE OR TOLERATE SUCH LACKLUSTER...

Do not come here. It has been a few years since I visited this location because of multiple previous service failures. I decided to give it another try. Tried to call the store to see if they are open and available for inside pickup if I order through the app. Nobody answered. Drove there and asked at the window if I could order through the app and I think she indicated I could. Drove back to the front, tried to order and it said the store is not accepting online orders. Went back to the window and placed the order. The crazy bread could have been confused for croutons, probably were made sometime in the morning (it was ~8:30 at night). The pizza was OK but somewhat undercooked. The crazy sauce was good. Overall I don't feel that corporate much less the franchise owner cares at all about this store because customers still visit it. The person who took the order was nice, order was accurate, and it did come out pretty fast. No reason to for them to waste money on a phone because they don't answer it and never did in the past. You can't go inside to pickup and can't order on the app even though the phone prompts you to MULTIPLE times. Its sad because Little Caesar's used to be really good and this store could possibly be really good at some point in the future but the only way to fix it is to hit the owners bottom line by not visiting this location and hope a new franchisee takes over who actually cares about providing a...

12.31.21 New update. So today I show up at 10:30 a.m. There is a young man on the phone in lobby. I pull the door and he looks at me. I go sit in the car and he comes to the door as if to see if I'm gone. I leave thinking they open at 11:00 a.m. I go to Aldi and come back at 11:00. A manager rings up my order. I then ask "What time do you open?" He says "at 10:30". I said "Then why did that boy stand there on the phone, watch me tug the door and wait for me to leave when I came at 10:30?" Of course, he had no answer for me. The only reason I keep coming back is because my 77 year old dad wants his Lunch Special after his dialysis treatment. Thanks pizza pizza 🍕.

Pulled up to drive thru speaker to a note that said "pull to the window" and "cash only". Gentleman took my order for the lunch special that comes with a drink. He told me to pull back around front because I added sausage to my pep pizza it had to cook. So, I pulled to the front and waited. He came beeboppin out with my pizza and no soda. I said "doesn't it come with a soda?" He said "Yeah. All we got is diet." So he did go back in and get me a soda. So for customer service and the taste of my food, 3 stars.
