I first came here in 2020 and got the strips for my 60th birthday party. I hadn’t been back until 2 weeks ago. I came to get the individual lashes to go to my NA convention. I loved them and got so many compliments! Precious has magic hands and does a wonderful job at what she does. She’s multi- talented!! She has a beautiful spirit too! A pleasure to visit with her in my humble opinion. Ok, I went back yesterday and couldn’t find my key fob. Precious walked all outside to help me look for it. She helped me look in my purse! GHETTO!! Veryyyyy Unprofessional!!!!! This is the second time I’ve came and they cut my lashes too short and had to fix them!! I only went to Brows and Lashes since I was near there. I was told my lashes wasn't taking care of when I've had lashes on for nearly a month from Moon Spa . After the rating they've called and question about there rating. Also they then told me if your lashes comes out within 2 days you have to continue to pay $5.00 each time they come out, this wasn't told before or while you was getting your lashes done, that I don't mind paying but inform your clients before.
