McDonald's — Restaurant in Bethany

There is a very unprofessional male employee at this location early to late 20's, fuller styled hair, Hispanic and or native American, 5'5"-5'6" he doesn't greet or thank customers though this isn't his training. I've reported him for this before. I have called the corporate office to report him, it seems the call was directed to someone at home by the background sounds who really couldn't care less about customer experiences or employee conduct, I was told I'd be given a call back.

3 days later, on a Sunday, quite odd customer get-back with you day, instead of a phone call I received the ho hum text in response to my complaint seen in the pic claiming to be the McDonald's office. When I received the text I'd LITERALLY just been waited on at the drive thru pay window by the rogue employee, who still had/has the same bad customer service after my complaint, seemed a very odd and hard to believe coincidence. Maybe customers are being followed through their app which I have. Their hiring catch phrase "A side of I can be myself here" is TERRIBLE, maybe this is why this employee continues to behave as he does.

The last time he waited on me he took my card out the reader, then the receipt, then right in my face held his hand on the side of the register for around 7 seconds to read my name on my card because he doesn't like I reported him.

No one should hand a business representative their card for the purpose of processing a payment and be disrespected and harassed and have their privacy violated. I immediately asked for the manager at the pick up window to report this. She was personable and apologized for the employees behavior and said she'd talk to him now.

My original review was a week ago Sunday. It was Friday before that Sunday the employee in question waited on me, I mentioned his holding my card on the side of the register looking at it for awhile before returning it to me. This Sunday morning I get a call from my bank saying multiple unauthorized card charges have made with my account. This McDonald's visit incident is the only visual thing I observed when using my card. Could be a coincidence, the employee could have a super recorder brain, or had a device near him that...

Avoid this location!!!

I honestly wouldn't give a half star rating to this location, but since one star is the lowest you can give, then so be it.

Today was, by far, the worst experience I've had at this location. Let me start off by saying that I have worked in food service and know that mistakes can be made, we're only human, but this location takes mistake making to a new level. Today my order was correct, however, everything else was handled poorly.

Now here's today's issue : This is McDonalds (not Braums)...there's even a sign that reads NO LOITERING AND MCDONALDS FOOD ONLY. So kindly tell me why a family, that entered behind me, loaded down with their food FROM BRAUMS was allowed? They proceeded to the playplace to sit down to eat, refilled their drinks at the soda machine and allow their kids to run wild (even allowing them to physically push a young woman with an infant in her arms)...RUDE!!!

While all of this is happening, not a single employee was addressing the situation. I went to retrieve my order and gave the gentleman behind the counter a heads up about the situation and their own rules that were being broken. His response, I don't have time for that right now. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? There was nobody in line at the register, you were just standing behind the counter chatting and joking with a coworker... DO YOUR DAMN JOB.

I return to the playplace with my food tray to eat with my family thinking they would address the situation soon. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. Not a thing was done. This family was allowed to do as they pleased, even allowing their children to throw things on the floor creating slip hazards and climb on all of the tables (both barefooted and with shoes on). Last I checked, this wasn't the place for table dances.

I couldn't, and wouldn't, allow my grandson to play there today. Not with the rules and safety being ignored, especially by the staff employed here.

Let me finish with saying, I understand that this situation isn't an everyday occurrence, BUT, it should never...NEVER be an ignored situation.

I, and several others (a list that will grow longer as the word gets around), will NOT visit this location regardless of the convenience of being...

UPDATE 1/1721: I picked up some $11 bundles today, it's a fun offer, 2 cheese burgers, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. However, the 20 nuggets are put in one box instead of a separated 10 in to a boxes which causes someone to have to handle the portion that's not theirs. The nuggets were likely over stuffed in the fryer as the batter on a few were doughy and/or nuggets stuck together, 3.5 stars this updated visit, 1/17/21. I was here roughly 2 hours ago, 10/26, roughly 10:55P. I ordered my fav the #1, med, with A LARGE DR PEPPER. I noticed though I said a large drink the menu was showing a med. When I got the window the associate confirmed my order by saying a #1? Not confirming the size or drink selection. I told her I wanted to confirm she has the drink as a large. She didn't and she corrected it and said a Coke? I said no Dr pepper. Get to PU window associate confirms a #1, but same as previous associate doesn't confirm the drink. She fixed it after confirming my order. I get home and it's COKE!! Not much listening, communication, or order going on tonight. As she was coming to the window with my order and the second person's order it didn't look the best appetizing or professional the way she was handling sacks of fresh food. Mine was held up to her chest which put the opening right beneath her mouth and the other sack was pressed against her person. She put her right hand on her headset as though she was getting ready to begin speaking. I'm thinking no no! No no! I'm particular about my food being talked over this would be levels of inappropriate. Luckily she didn't speak over/in the sack. Please fold the sack over if possible! She didn't offer ketchup I asked and she handed me a fist filled! I do not need 8 ketchups for a med fry and do want to have to handle/dispose of a ton of packets that multiple ppl have touched.
