Bethel Park Public Library — Attraction in Bethel Park

So, i called the library this afternoon about 2 pm and was placed on hold for over 4 minutes and no one came back on the line, How unprofessional that is. So when i finally called about about a minute later. I was again almost placed on hold before telling the young lady that i was already placed on hold so i asked her a quick question Did they have any tax forms. She informed me that they did have the federal forms only. So after finally getting the info, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and i was instantly forwarded to a Mrs. Linda, and i explained to her what just happen as a consumer, and i informed her that it was unacceptable. Very nice place, indeed. As a bookworm myself, I find myself going here in search of books constantly. Wonderful, cheery, and very helpful staff. Other than books, you also have the option to rent a large selection of movies and rent out all sorts of different instruments. They have a good selection of books, however, the only reason I do not give this place a five star review is because I often find myself not able to find a book I want there. Sometimes I will find books that do not even show up as available in the computer database. Other than that it is a quality place to get some good books or do some...
