I already loved this place enough between the choices you have when building your boost bowl, the freshness of the fruits used, and the outstanding customer service proved by the friendly staff. Today made me love this place even more! There was a long line considering how beautiful it was out, and how good everything they serve is! I placed my order and when I got my bowl I delightfully dug in. I noticed that there was bee pollen instead of the chia seeds I usually order, which is an easy mistake to make considering how I fill out my card(with very large x’s). I have been wanting to see what bee pollen was and try it for awhile, so I wasn’t upset at all about the mishap, but I went in to make sure I didn’t take another person’s bowl by mistake. The owner assured me it was my bowl and offered me a replacement, however I was interested in trying what I was served. I walked across the street for awhile and when I was coming back to my car, I waved goodbye to the owner and said thank you once again. He asked me to hold on a moment and he ran inside, only to come back out with a gift card for my next bowl. I was so pleasantly shocked at just how great his customer service truly is, especially considering the fact that I completely enjoyed the bowl with the bee pollen, and chose not to have another one made. His actions showed me what a great business Boost Bowls really is, and made me love it even more than I...
Read moreI was in your Bethel location and I ordered an açaí bowl with bananas and coconut. I asked if I could get extra coconut because I wasn’t getting any granola or other topping due to specific dietary needs. The girl behind the counter said no they had to charge me the extra 50 cents. I agreed even though it was ridiculous to pay extra when these bowls are $10 a piece and I had so little toppings. I got my bowl and there was about 4 coconut flakes on it. I questioned the girl who made it and she said that was extra coconut. What a joke! This place has no customer service skills at all. Trust me that will be the main reason this...
Read more6/25/23: I wanted to try a different place than the one I usually go to, because this one is closer to where I live. But it was a big mistake. I ordered an avocado sandwich and was very clear to mention I'm allergic to cucumber. The girl put cucumber in my sandwich anyways. I went back and all she did was take the cucumber out and gave me the same sandwich back and refused to make a new one. I'm 3 months pregnant and ALLERGIC to cucumber. I'm never going back to a place that put me and my baby in danger. Please don't try to apologize by giving me free anything, I don't want it, unless is...
