Still waiting for our order from last night. Driver called saying he was outside, I go outside & no car Insight š. Driver apologies stating that he is new. I ask him to turn around, he hangs up, calls again and asks where I am. Obviously still outside. I wait. Ten minutes later I call the Bethel store. A female tells me āwell what does the app say, try callin him from thereā The app states my pizza was delivered and it was not. āDid you go outside? Is yo light turned onā Yes, Iām outside and obviously my light is turned on, is 8pm. āWell give him some time, he will get there.ā Could you please call him? āWe donāt have his numba, the app should give you da option, call himā. No. Is not giving me the option to call him, because it says the pizza was delivered. āGive him some time, heāll be Dere iight. Be outside, turn yo light onā Then I hear some guy on the background āYo hung up. You holding up the lineā š¤ So Iām a paying customer and that doesnāt matter? Itās been half an hour. I donāt want our pizza and wings to be cold. āOh donāt worry. That bag the pizza is in, will have it nice and warm for a hour. He will be there ok. I gotta go mamā It was pure comedy at this point. This is what I get for not driving...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey deserve negative stars. Ordered through online for the babysitter and kids. Was not even anywhere near home. About 45 minutes went by and I opened the app to check on the order. It was at āprepā still. I placed the order at 5:49. I was thinking maybe they were busy or the app wasnāt working right. I placed my first call at 7:00. Waited on hold for 49 minutes before finally giving up. At that point itās been nearly 2 hours since placing the order. Canāt cancel the order through the app. Canāt. get ahold of someone and no pizza. I tried to call another local location for advise and they told me to screw off and hung up on me. Filled out the online form to get a reach out from customer care and then to call one more time. That was at 8:04. At 9:19 I got a notification that the order was in the oven! I tried to call again to cancel, again sat on hold 30 more minutes until the delivery driver call to ask if I still wanted my order at 9:47⦠4 hours later. I understand itās not the people who are actually workings fault because theyāre trying but they have no employees and no support....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is apparently an āultimate pepperoniāā¦. In reality it is an ultimate waste of my money, which I will not eat. Remarkably, this is the SECOND time in which Iāve had identical issue. I placed an order for a $15.99 pizza, to be paid with cash. Of course after the outrageous fees and the tip for driver that somehow never has singles, I paid $30 for this box of raw garbage. Parts are actually missing. the crust is raw and the cheese seems to have just begun melting when they literally threw it in the box and sent it on itās way.
This time I called to say something and reached the most disinterested manager to tell me heās going to re-make it as I could literally hear his eyes rolling. Iām not sure why its so difficult to simply receive something close to what one would expect and not pay double for an unfinished box of sadness. These people donāt care, thatās obvious from all the similar complaints posted. The real issue is why it seems to be acceptable...
