Subway — Restaurant in Bethel

My son ordered online twice this weekend as he needed lunch to take to work. When I stopped by to pick up the order on Saturday, it wasn’t ready, isn’t that the point of an online order? Then by mistake he ordered from them again on Sunday. Different server on Sunday, We got to the store at about 8:53am, store supposedly opens at 9am, according to sign on door and website. We waited until 9:05 but had to leave to get him to work. I came back an hour later, order was not ready. Hence the point of an online order for pickup 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. I asked for his order by his name, my son’s name is not a difficult name to read. The server couldn’t even read his name! She even argued with me that there was no order by that name so I asked to see the receipt that printed out for his order. I asked her why she wasn’t there at 9am and she proceeded to argue with me that she was open at 9am, which she was not. Then she said that she has opened between 9am and 9:30am 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. I get she misunderstandings/ mistakes happen but to then lie to me, that is absolutely unacceptable. My son has ordered from the Brookfield subway before and his order is always correct and ready! Extremely rude lady behind the counter at 5:00 p.m. on March 19th friday. I ordered a sub online and it didn't ask me what time I wanted it ready so apparently it was ready at 10:30 in the morning which I did not know that fact. So when I go in to pick up my order she said there's no order for you and I said yes there is I have proof and then she had an attitude and she said you're going to wait 10 minutes not explaining why. Horrible experience!! Customer service poor. Asked to use a coupon they first said yes. Then they only discounted $2 off. The coupon was for $11.99 for two 6”subs which I ordered with two fountain drinks and chips which is what I ordered. Lady at the counter had no idea what she was doing.
