I promissed my sons to take them to this place and i fulfilled my promise expecting our visit was going to be awesome but it wasn't. While we were standing in line waiting for somebody to help us, the entire crew was working on deive thru orders the manager and another member of the crew saw us and we had to wait 10 mins in front of a cash register to be assisted, not even "hi welcome to dairy queen give us a minute, we will be with you shortly" The person came to the next register and never ask us to move there and his tone was poor and low. After we order we spent 15-20 min waiting for food. Finally food arrive and my boys enjoied and we went home. Maybe you say: Well they were working on drivre thru orders or something else. Customer service is everything, you can go to the fanciest place with the most awesome food and bad service or to a hotdog stand and eat a regular combo and awesome service the experience will be different. As retail company associate, our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. Not saying I wont go again, but i will wait for few months and see if the manager see this post...

By far the most unprofessional merchant I’ve had the agony of dealing with. I asked for a number to contact a manager and the child running the place who the manager on duty submitted to hung up on me and refused to ever give me my order . I expect to be contacted immediately because this effected me both financially as well as my ratings for doordash. They marked the order as ready for pick up and when I arrived they talked about me not to me and I was told by the man who appeared to be a manager that he would bring my food out to me.
