Johnny's Bagels and Deli — Restaurant in Bethlehem

I come here all the time. 99% of my experience has been fantastic. Until today, 12/31/22 10:00am, I went in and ordered my usual, Everything Toasted w/ Lox spread. I was the only customer at the time, music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other. After being ringed up the young man (refused to give his name) went back to something else. He then clarified mind you I could barely hear him “Everything w/ butter?” Me thinking he said spread or lox I nodded. I see him put butter on my bagel and I clarified “lox spread right?” He then rolled his eyes and slapped lox spread on the bagel with the butter. I took it out to my car to eat and it was greasy from all the butter. I brought it back in for the young man to say “I don’t work for you, it doesn’t matter if I rolled my eyes” after asking them to remake it and with more attitude on their behalf I got what I originally asked for.

Love this place, but am absolutely disgusted with the poor attitudes of the people working there. Don’t think I’ll go back for awhile and I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid the Schoenersville...

Second time coming. First time had a good experience and great food. Came back with my mom this time for breakfast to show her how good it was and had a crappy experience. I ordered 2 everything bagels with egg and cheese and 1 plain bagel with egg and cheese. Waited a few minutes and saw him putting cream cheese on. I corrected him before he finished and got a little attitude. I re- confirmed my order again and still recieved attitude. They bagged my order to go without asking if id like to eat in. Which we wanted to. And then as he gave me my bag says " you owe me a $1". Really?! Ive never been told I owe a balance if THE BUSINESS messed up the order. And especially to ask me to pay a $1 on my card. Learn Better business practice and if you make a mistake be mad at yourself not me. I was VERY clear on the order on purpose because i knew it would come off confusing. Smh just put a bad taste in my mouth. Looks like ill be taking my business else where and...

Bottled snapples are always out. I don't like the atmosphere and vibe of this place. The only reason I come here is because they have my favorite, egg bagels, without poppy seeds. Three men and a bagel's egg bagels have poppy seeds and I don't want to risk popping dirty for my job. But three men in a bagel has very friendly staff the atmospheres amazing too.

I didn't like that this morning I went in with a lady directly behind me and the Mexican greeted her and not me and then while I was being serviced at the counter he took her order. The counter is pretty small. I took this as rude and dismissive. This is the last time...
