The Goosemen is a family run sandwich shop in Southside Bethlehem located just off campus of Lehigh University.
When I arrived there was a line out the door. That's always a good sign. While waiting I decided to look online at the menu so I could have my order ready. The problem with that was I couldn't find their menu anywhere. When I got close to the counter I realized they had all of their special sandwiches written on paper plates. I'm sure there is some significance behind that, but I would prefer an actual menu. Luckily the owner was working the counter because I had no idea what to order.

Read moreWorst customer service I have ever had! I ordered a gombo today with grilled chicken and turkey sandwich. Not only that my bread is totally burned, but there is barely any turkey or chicken in the order comparing to what I usually had. So I have to bring the food back and asked the owner politely for an exchange for a new sandwich. However、 the owner argued for fifteen minutes that they have made the sandwich in that way for 35 years already and there's nothing wrong with their "totally burned" bread. He kept talking and talking and made it sound like it was me that was picky about the whole thing. It was hilarious. I walked out with my frustration and refund and I will never go there. i think he was never friendly to the Asian students to start with, only the Americans. This is a an American restaurant with the Worst and...
Read moreI absolutely love this place. My entire family loves this place. My cousin when he comes up from Virginia, the one thing that he says that we have to do is go get a sandwich from the goose. They got breakfast sandwiches. They got lunch sandwiches. They got different types of stuff. They got fun sandwiches. They have names of sandwiches and the list is insane. I switch it up everytime. Ive gone there every day for a month and still never got the same sandwhiches thats how many options you have. Then you could just make up your own creation. It's like a wonderland. It's family owned and they are loving.Everyone is nice from the person that takes your order. The person that makes your food to the person that rings you out. They're all amazing and I love it there.I hope they're there until i'm nine...
