Beyond amazing customer service! The owner (sweet Turkish gentleman) was literally the highlight of my family and my dinner. I came with a group of 7 adults and 5 children and were welcomed so warmly into the restaurant. We ordered the 2 large pizza and got 30 wings and 2 large French fries. Pizza- amazing. Tastes just like the NYC slice (I would know since I’m from BK). The wings- the habenero mango was fire! I didn’t like the hot sauce but the individuals behind the counter were very courteous and redid our hot wings by putting on another layer of the habenero mango sauce. Lastly, generous portion of fries. Everything came out within less than 10 minutes. I don’t know how- but they work fast! Overall, I would definitely return with my family and encourage anyone to give this place a try. If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant with excellent customer service- this is definitely the place. Thank you for a wonderful last night in PA.

I usually love NYC village pizza, but my goodness the prices are way too high and they are greedy. I just ordered off Uber eats, and my instructions for the chicken kebabs were completely disregarded. It’s supposed to have tomatoes with the kebabs, and it came with literally 1/4 of a small tomato that was smashed, and also only 1/2 of a small pepper. This place cuts corners, and it’s a shame because the flavors are there in some of their food. it came with 4 chicken cubes also, really a tiny amount. So for 18$+, I’m getting 4 chicken cubes, a cup of rice, 1/4 a tomato and 1/2 a small pepper… Pizza quality has also gone down. I’ve been eating there for 6 years, and the flavor of the pizza used to be much better. This place cuts corners, doesn’t follow instruction, and overprices everything. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. (Greasy pizza that lacks flavor and authenticity)

First visit here. Garlic knots are amazing. Light, not dripping with oil and topped with lots of fresh chopped garlic. Chicken roll is filled with mozzarella cheese and chicken breast. Plain pizza is not something I usually order but it looked so delicious I couldn't resist. Tomato sauce is tasty and dough is light. I'm sad I waited so long to try NYC Village Pizza. This will now be our go to for Italian take out!

Unfortunately after going to this place for several times, I experienced horrible customer service. Their pizza is okay, I liked that they had beef pepperoni pizza which is hard to find. Sometimes their pizza can be super salty so the quality is not consistent. I was very disappointed when I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got it at my home to see the pepperoni was left off. I don't live near the restaurant so I called to inform them of the error. I was surprised to have the manager argue with me and tell me the pepperoni was definitely there. He said it was hidden beneath the cheese. I dug the cheese up thinking he may be right since he was so insistent. There was no pepperoni yet he kept arguing with me. He knew the person who picked the pizza up for me so when he heard that person stand up for the fact that there was no pepperoni he said he would make it up to us next time with a pepperoni pizza. Then next time we went for the pepperoni pizza he said we had to pay for the pizza and he would just give us the pepperoni for free.

It's really sad to be treated this way as a loyal customer. I paid full price for the pepperoni pizza after traveling just for that, I could have had several cheese pizzas closer to my home that would taste better. Then to argue and insist that they didn't make a mistake when there clearly was. Last they never provided a pepperoni pizza to make up for their error and my inconvenience. I do not recommend a place who lies and charges...

Considering there are not many delivery places around, and sick of ordering Lehigh Pizza constantly, I decided to try NYC Village Pizza as most reviews were so positive. I ordered a gyro and beef patty and was highly disappointed. But let's start with the positive, why they got 2 stars instead of 1. Customer service was superb. Order taker was kind, polite and friendly. Delivery driver was kind, friendly, and fast. However, the reason we order isn't just customer service, its for tasty food. The beef patty is a frozen Jamaican Beef Patty you can get at Walmart frozen section for half the price. I get this is a pizza shop but labeling it a NYC Village Pizza and not having a decent beef patty is a disgrace. After two bites both my beef patties went in the trash. Next onto my gyro. Now, I've had gyros many places and I won't eat them if they don't come off a spit. Considering their menu had the spit and a review said they had a spit, I ordered. That meat did not come from a spit. It was dry, no taste, and full of fat chunks. I never in my life had fat pieces in my gyro and they were late enough to be nauseating. Not to mention the tzatziki looked curdled and smelled. Another item that got thrown away. I was very disappointed, annoyed that I spent close to $20 and that my entire lunch away. Maybe it's the pandemic, maybe it's not. I don't know, but I won't...

Somewhat overrated by it's reviewers. Checked out because I read great reviews on Yelp and Google. Pros - price, very affordable yet they don't give up on quality Customer service was great was but they just need to pay attention a little better , both times I went they messed up my order.Once while it was busy and once when it wasn't. They have to many games guys there working if I'm honest. Very clean and will lit.

Cons- I haven't gotten everything on the menu put lets hit the basics. Pizza was average to good, I like the size of the slices tho.Not sure where any one got there pizza before but it's not the best I've ever had. Cheese steak pretty decent , fresh bread and fresh ingredients, only issue it's not my type. If you love the Philly style of cheese stakes with the melted slices of cheddar your going love it, it's also one the orders they screwed up so I'll have to try again . Perogies are good so are the fries. My favorite thing there is the grilled chicken wrap, it's delicious. Take a pass on the hot wings honestly, good size just the flavor is ok to bad . Food always comes out hot, so everything is fresh and not stale . In the end it's ok place to go just not 5 star. I'd go back for sure, but there are better...
