Dunkin' — Restaurant in Biddeford

It's very sad that there is know place to write a complaint when you go to the D.D. website. The last few times we have gone to D.D. it has been an unsatisfactory visit. And now we are done! We ordered coffees and two egg,cheese and Turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. $3.89 a piece. Which was fine if they were edible. If we weren't already back on the road after ordering them we would have tuned around and gotten our money back. The egg was undercooked as was the English muffin and we have no idea what the mystery meat called Turkey sausage was that layed over microwaved around the edges and gray between the bread. Both got tossed. The coffees were not even how we asked for them. They were very busy and obviously rushed thru our order....

My boyfriend and I just got 2 sandwiches & a coolata . I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on english with extra bacon he got a tailgater. I received my bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. When I went up to tell her she ripped it out of my hands and growled at me and threw it in the trash. And then angrily remade it. Her name was Holly T. She is also the store manager! Will not be going back there. I expect more patience and professionalism from a manager.
