Staples — Local services in Biddeford

Ordered cards online to pickup in store. Arrived the next day, as instructed by the website and received email, and the cards were not ready and there was no "ticket" for my order even though the I confirmed that I selected this location. The staff promptly went to print my order for me as they could bring it up on there end. I don't blame this store for that issue because it seemed that they we're never notified about my order. But when I came back to pickup my order it was incorrect. I waited for it to be reprinted. When it came back to me again, half my cards were printed out with the wrong shade of color (imagine a printer low on toner.) They offered for me to come back another day and pickup the another set of cards but my order was time sensitive and it wouldnt work.

I do not necessarily blame the staff for this messup, they did the best they could and I could tell they were slammed with other customers.

I will however go elsewhere for my custom printing needs next time. I wish they would have at least offered a discount for half my cards...

My computer was hacked a couple of weeks ago rendering it completely useless. I went to Staples in Biddeford and worked with Alex. I opted to purchase a new computer (on sale) since HP would only be supporting my computer (old) for a short period of time moving forward. Alex removed the virus and transferred all my files, photos, etc. all the while reassuring me that 'all would be well'. I also had the latest McAfee antivirus installed (my phone as well) and purchased tech support. Smart decision. :) I had shared with Alex that I wasn't sure if I would remember how to connect my wireless printer to my computer. He replied, "don't worry; I'll put a short cut tutorial on your desktop". What a lifesaver and was easy to do! I originally had entered Staples feeling very anxious ... and left feeling very cared for. Alex made the whole transition seamless and I could not have had a better experience! I am grateful; thank you Alex! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Staples in Biddeford, ME for any of your computer...

8/10.went in to make copies @55 cents per copy..a lady was waiting for copies but didn't have a debit or credit to use the copy machine..she asked the young man to help her, and needed him to makes the copies behind the counter..mind you, he didn't have any customers. He proceeded to scold her and told her that he would do it "this time" and that she needed to pay up front..im laughing because there was a long line, just like before, because the cashier not only had to man her check out people but also had to do amazon returns..what is going on with your store..printing had no customers and he's complaining that he has to help a woman make copies because she has no debit card. You had better take a look at your cctv around 1030..because this is rude and unacceptable..$.55 cents do it yourself...
