Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Big Lake

I hate writing these kind of reviews, but after 2 orders back to back being messed up here we are. So rewind to aug 15th my husband made an order. You guys delivered the wrong pizza. They delivered us a new one with the correct toppings. Cool thanks. Now last night I made an order. I notice the driver Christy was taking a lil bit longer then expected (we live 5 mins away, if that.) I checked the app and it said delivered. So I go and look outside my front door and see nothing. My garage door was open our address numbers are visible from the street; no trees bushes blocking it. I glace across the street and see my order sitting on their front step. I walk over there checked the receipt that was crumpled up and shoved into one of the pizzas, and yep it was our order. The grievance I have is my neighbors werent home and I never selected the "leave at my door" option. You would think she would of followed that simple instruction to "hand to the customer" or even check the address numbers that are literally visible from the driveway and ever more so as you walk up to the front door.. But nope, so my food sat on my neighbors (whom werent home) front step for god knows how long. Now im a reasonable person i wasnt mad mistakes happen. I called in and was told we'll have a talk with her. Okay nice, but what about the cold pizza and pasta? Honestly, at that point I didnt want anything. And while I am just one customer, i wont be returning. The first mistake with the wrong pizza was understandable, but to leave my whole order on someone else front step?? And then to brush it off when I called?...

8/1/2025 You can't call this store directly to order and talk to a human. This location does not offer any of the promos you hear about in TV commercials. It was great pizza and knots for sure. The $5.00 order privilege fee for delivery offsets all your items and erases any savings value you may have found. The driver gets none of this fee and then Dominoe's suggest high pecentage tips! I normally boycott Domino's just because...
