Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Big Rapids

I am an employer who traveled to FSU and was ordering pizza for our Info Session. Called the day prior to check if I needed to place my order earlier for the next day, and was told no- just call that day. Pizza could not be delivered at 11 AM because they were busy- even though I called the day before. Was told the pizza could be delivered at 11:45 AM and I accepted. It took about 3-4 phone calls and no apologies or great customer service. The pizza finally arrived at 12:24 and it wasn't piping hot either, rather just like warm. Also told the delivery guy to have the Manager contact me, and no one reached out. The next time my company is interested in spending a couple hundred dollars in pizza- I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible...

So today is my daughter's 12th birthday. She requested Hungry Howie's. So I ordered per her birthday request. I see the driver pull in front of my driveway, when my phone rings and she says I can't drive in there, in which my smart-butt with a chuckle says well that's what you have 2 feet for jokingly. 🤣 Well that backfired because she said I ain't walking that snow. I was going to walk out, but before I could even state that she hung up on me. Needless to say I explained this to Jet's and their response was, that's why we are better. Jet's literally said hold my beer!

I ordered a pizza over an hour ago, and an hour later, after not hearing from the restaurant at all with a missing pizza, I call to find out they don't deliver the extra .2 miles out of their radius. I had to call back and tell the employee that he had LIED to me about the distance of where my house was as he had told me it was almost 2 miles away vs. .2 miles, when we had ordered pizza AND HAD IT DELIVERED at a farther distance. Not to mention, Joe was rude and disrespectful all the while. I can't even express my distain for the experience. The food WOULD HAVE been great actually, I love Jets, this just...
