Staff are MOLASSES in January. Ordered before arriving. 45 minutes waiting for 4 food items. in what world is that fast food? Excuse was cooking the chicken... um.... 4 chicken fingers in an oil fryer DO NOT take 45 minutes to cook. Did they "forget" to turn on the fryer? 2 options - terrible manager or STUPID excuses given to paying customers for poor performance... my bad option 3 is BOTH! If anyone in that neighborhood is missing a pet chicken it is because this Arby's had to hunt it down and pluck it to get my order done. So bad performance.
FOLLOW UP - you can see the note for the "Guest Support Team" - you go to the URL - fill out the form - and it says "URL NOT ACCEPTED" - wasted MORE time on this. UNBELIEVABLE. ROTTEN MANAGEMENT even on their corporate level.
2ND FOLLOW UP - received email from Arby's corporate - "We apologize for your experience with the delivery that you received."..."It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity..." The UBER EATS driver was ON TIME to your location - you took 40 minutes to cook 4 chicken fingers and put them into a tortilla - and then my HOT FOOD was stone cold! Even corporate ARBY's is completely STUPID!

Was given a partial refund AFTER the manager on duty complained about it and yelled at everyone working for not knowing how to do a refund. and they made us RE-PAY for what we really needed. Bianca M. Took our order and that poor girl was almost in tears. She was the only one there with her head on straight (she deserves a raise & a new job) They forgot some of our food and when we came back for it, the managers on duty WALKED out of the store and the girls working drive thru took their headsets off.
