Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Big Spring

Well, I hate to be the one to say it but when I heard they were opening a Chick-fil-A in Big spring I laughed to myself. Unfortunately Big spring typically has very poor service when it comes to their restaurants and Chick-fil-A has such high standards that I just didn't think it would workout well, so far I have been somewhat right. We've been there quite a bit since they opened because we love Chick-fil-A and it's closer than midland and there has only been 1 time that my order was 100% correct, yes I know this makes me sound picky but as y'all know Chick-fil-A sets itself apart from other fast food chains with perfect service and correct orders. The workers at this location seem to be annoyed most days, not very pleasant like they are at other locations and my orders are constantly messed up. Ask for honey mustard and you get hot honey BBQ, tell them no tomatoes and there's tomatoes, ask for Dr. Pepper and get coke, again... at McDonald's this wouldn't be a big deal but it's crazy to me to experience so many incorrect orders from Chick-fil-A. When I go to any of the midland locations my order is always spot on. The other day I had a mobile order and specially put "no pickles" because my daughter doesn't like them, when I pulled up I reminded the girl that took my name that we don't want any pickles and she said "yes ma'am" .... every single sandwich had pickles on it. Just frustrating when you are used to such great service at other locations and they still can't work out the kinks...

The food is always good. They keep the drive through lines going quickly by adding people outside to take your order. They always get my order right. They don't complain when you ask for extra dressing or condiments. They always add forks when you get a salad. They may sound small, but, it's huge. If you are away from home and you order a to go salad and you get no silverware..hand feeding yourself truly sucks. Sometimes it's the small things that are the big things. For example, everyone is friendly, helpful and they truly look happy to help you. They are fast, efficient and the food is good. I love the salads and the frozen lemonade. The chicken minis are craveable. There are a lot of chicken places in Big Spring to choose from and quite a few other restaurants with drive thru options but Chik FIL A is my go to place for fresh food, great service and even better attitude. They don't make you feel like asking for that extra salad crunch topping or extra dressing is something you should feel bad for. I don't mind spending my money for good food and great service. I am so glad you came...

I had the pleasure of visiting the Chick-fil-A in Big Spring, Texas, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness that made me feel right at home.

What made this visit even more special was meeting the owners, Katie and Mark Moyle. They took the time to chat with me, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and their community. Their passion for service shines through in every aspect of the restaurant.

The staff was also amazing—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. My meal was delicious and served quickly, despite the restaurant being busy. It's rare to find such a well-run establishment where the owners are so hands-on and involved, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.

I can't recommend this Chick-fil-A enough. Whether you're just passing through or a local, this is the place to go for not only great food but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Katie and Mark have truly created something...
