Very dissatisfied. The girl inside taking orders couldn't understand my husband well enough, and came out to our vehicle to clarify our order. No problem. We had ordered our daughter's food and a sandwich for myself, unable to add a side to the order, for lack of opportunity. She then went inside, input an incorrect drink order (after asking 2-3 times to understand), and finalized the sale. My husband was unable to add my side to my sandwich order and/or order anything for himself in the same transaction. The carhop brought the food we managed to order and the drink that was correct for the ticket, but incorrect from what we had asked for. The carhop still did not understand what we wanted to drink. (The Margarita mocktail). We wound up with a strawberry daiquiri, the car hop asked if we wanted the pina colada. We had to clarify with the car hop a few times before she understood, herself. We then had to order the remaining food that we had originally planned on ordering in one single transaction.
All of this frustration for my family could have been prevented if the girl taking orders had asked if we needed anything else, and/or possibly asked for us to point to what we needed on the menu if she couldn't...
Read moreThe most comically rude experience I've ever had at drive through. Don't usually write reviews but this one was worth it. I understand there might be a "this is how you take a customers order" for the franchise but to interrupt every word is pretty wild. I couldn't even say what I wanted for 1 item before being interrupted and after the 3rd time interrupting over the exact same thing I said "Are you serious?" He said "Yep. Medium or large." I told him that this was hilariously rude and I'll just go somewhere else. "OK. Have a nice day". Absolutely did not care and was proudly interrupting to make a point I guess? It wasn't as if I couldn't hear him or he couldn't hear me. He wasn't going to let me order unless it was how he wanted me to say it? Lol. You've got to be kidding me? There's no way in that piece of Employee Traning that there's a part that says "Absolutely interrupt them if they don't follow this verbatim and DO NOT let them get a word out until they answer your script" Pretty funny little power trip. I went in the afternoon & got an unsweetened tea, when I finished my drink I noticed my lemon still had the plastic film covering on it. I’m not entirely sure how that happened but it was a little discomforting to say the least.
Update: Ordered food today online. Took an hour to bring my food to me after I checked in AND had to call another carhop to ask about my order.
