Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Big Spring

Haven't been to a dominos in awhile, when i came in to pick up our pizza no one was up front, finally the guy at the cut station came up to help and acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world, after he cashed out my order i asked for parmesan cheese packets and he told me they now sell bottles for a dollar, ugh, ok no big deal, so he said someone will be up here in a minute to get one for you, and he went back to his station and i waited and waited until finally the devivery guy came in and was told to help me, and he proceeded to cash out my entire order again, i said no, im just waiting on parmesan cheese, so he grabbed a bottle right next to the register and at this point im about to scream, so im in there all this extra time for a few more seconds that the original guy helping me could've easily done, by the time i go back to the car, the pizzas barely warm, the pizza was chewy and disgusting, definitely will not...

A FUNNY STORY…

So during the fire today, the Chief asked me to make a call. It went like this: (Thanks so much to Jasmine, she was a real trooper in a weird situation.)

“Thank you for calling Domino’s, will this be for pickup or delivery?”

“Hi, who’s speaking?”

“Uh, Jasmine”

“Jasmine, this is Mayor Thomason. I need to order 20 pizzas for our firefighters. They are working an apartment fire.”

“Ok, do you have an address?”

“No ma’am, I don’t have a specific address, but it is on the west side of First Baptist Church. You can’t miss it, there is a ton of smoke and a lot of fire trucks.”

“Uh…one sec. (brief pause) No problem, we can find it! Now what do you need?” 😊

Jasmine took the order and gave me the amount. $0.

Like the ads say, Domino’s DELIVERS!!!

On May 7, 2018 @ about 7pm I called the store and was asked to hold...they then hung up the phone. I called again was asked to hold...they then hung up AGAIN. I called back... I was rudely placed on hold after my objections to it...held for 23 minutes at which point the manager makes me away that they are 1 of the only places open due to fires in the community. I am sympathetic, upon pointing out that I am a truck driver stuck in town she did offer me half off my order...I asked what she needed to complete the transaction, she said the address & then tells me that they are not allowed to deliver to a truckstop.😶 I state that I will happily wait in the store for the wings & she kindly agrees to deliver the order in about a hour & a half to two hours. 😡 I gave two 🌟🌟for the effort. Btw I LOVE Domino's in general, this was highly...
