Taco Villa — Restaurant in Big Spring

Taco Villa really irritates me when they try to be more about speed than accuracy! Lady who took our order had it right, but yet the cooks found it too complicated to leave out the Sour Cream & leave the Jalapeños. I can't stand anything with Sour Cream & anything that has it around it, I will not eat. For charging me $4.99 for Deluxe Nachos plus tax, I don't see how this is complicated to follow. After working 8 hours & running errands for 2 hours, the last thing I should have to pay for is the exact thing I didn't want, and missing what I did ask for! And the worst part about it, I didn't find out until after I was already home & last thing anyone cares to do is get back into the car to go back & get it fixed. I thought the literal counting of black olives (which is 8 by the way) was ridiculous, but this is just as bad since workers can't follow a simple order! Very poor customer service, lastnight I placed an order thru door dash order was placed at 8pm the ticket was picked up at 9:30pm missing 3 drinks and food management takes phone of the line had to go up there , i still didn't get the drinks I was over charged management was rude just didn't want to fix the problem they even told me to leave and call corporate office with any problems that I have, I am a food service manager for 20yrs and they closed the window in my face said they just got a truck where busy and it was close to closing time so they called the police on me , officers to me , i would call corporate office we have had alot of problems with this place.... this is sad both of the management where to busy to fix the problem just to put up the truck and close the business...

While traveling, Taco Villa is always a welcome sight when not all in the car can tell you what they want for lunch. Today was no different: while traveling back from South Texas home to Lubbock, Taco Villa was chosen as our dining stop. However, much to our surprise, what we were accustomed to in Lubbock area store menus, was not the case for this Big Spring location. Junior, lead by Joel, were able to accommodate our requests. They were patient with us while we tended to modifying our order, and even were ready with hot Apple Burritos for us on our ride home. In and out in a prompt 5 minutes from order completion.
